Claims (10)
- ガスタービン(10)内における静圧回復及び排出物形成を改善するシステムであって、
前記ガスタービン(10)の圧縮機セクション(14)の下流に配置されたブリードディフューザ(52)であって、前記圧縮機セクション(14)から流れる加圧空気流を拡散させるように構成されたブリードディフューザ(52)と、
燃焼器(30)内で主燃焼システム(32)の下流に設置された二次燃焼システム(58)であって、燃料供給源(80)から燃料を受けかつ吐出するように構成された1以上の燃料噴射器(76)にして前記主燃焼システム(32)の燃料ノズル組立体(42)の下流に配置された1以上の燃料噴射器(76)を備える二次燃焼システム(58)と、
前記ブリードディフューザ(52)から前記二次燃焼システム(58)まで延在するブリードダクト(54)であって、前記加圧空気流によるブリード空気(56)を前記二次燃焼システム(58)に導くように構成されたブリードダクト(54)と、
を備えており、
前記二次燃焼システム(58)内に流入する前記ブリード空気(56)が、前記1以上の燃料噴射器(76)から吐出された燃料と混合して空気/燃料混合気を形成し、
前記空気/燃料混合気がチャネルを通って前記二次燃焼システム(58)に流れる、
システム。 - 前記ブリードディフューザ(52)が、前記ガスタービン(10)の圧縮機吐出ケーシング(24)によって形成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ブリードディフューザ(52)が渦流制御式ディフューザを含み、前記渦流制御式ディフューザが、前記加圧空気流から前記ブリード空気(56)を吸込むように構成された1以上の渦流チャンバ(60)を含む、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記ブリードダクト(54)が、前記ガスタービン(10)の圧縮機吐出ケーシング(24)内に形成された通路(59)によって部分的に形成される、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記燃焼器(30)のトランジションピース(34)を支持するように構成されたブラケット(70)を含み、前記ブリードダクト(54)が、前記ブラケット(70)によって形成された1以上の流路(72、74)によって部分的に形成される、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記1以上の燃料噴射器(76)が、前記ブラケット(70)の1以上の流路(72、74)内に配置される、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記ブラケット(70)内に形成された第1の流路(72)及び第2の流路(74)を含み、第2の燃焼システム(58)が、第1の流路(72)内に配置された第1の燃料噴射器(76)及び第2の流路(74)内に配置された第2の燃料噴射器(76)を含む、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 第2の燃焼システム(58)が、前記ブラケット(70)とトランジションピース(34)の間に配置された空気マニホルド(84)を含み、前記空気マニホルド(84)が、前記ブリードダクト(54)から前記ブリード空気(56)を受けるように構成される、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記二次燃焼システム(58)が複数の燃料噴射器(76)を含み、前記複数の燃料噴射器(76)が前記空気マニホルド(84)内に配置される、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 静圧回復及び排出物形成を改善したガスタービン(10)であって、
該ガスタービン(10)に流入する空気流を加圧するように構成された圧縮機セクション(14)と、
前記圧縮機セクション(14)から流れる前記空気流を受けるように構成された少なくとも1つの燃焼器(30)を備えまた該少なくとも1つの燃焼器(30)が空気/燃料混合気を混合しかつ燃焼させる主燃焼システム(32)を備えた燃焼器セクション(16)と、
前記燃焼器セクション(16)の下流に配置されかつ該燃焼器セクション(16)から高温燃焼生成物を受けるように構成されたタービンセクション(18)と、
前記圧縮機セクション(14)の下流に配置されたブリードディフューザ(52)であって、前記圧縮機セクション(14)から流れる加圧空気流を拡散させるように構成された少なくとも1つのブリードディフューザ(52)と、
前記少なくとも1つの燃焼器(30)内で主燃焼システム(32)の下流に設置された二次燃焼システム(58)であって、燃料供給源(80)から燃料を受けかつ吐出するように構成された少なくとも1つの燃料噴射器(76)にして前記主燃焼システム(32)の燃料ノズル組立体(42)の下流に配置された少なくとも1つの燃料噴射器(76)を備える二次燃焼システム(58)と、
前記少なくとも1つのブリードディフューザ(52)から前記二次燃焼システム(58)まで延在するブリードダクト(54)であって、前記空気流によるブリード空気(56)を前記二次燃焼システム(58)に導くように構成されたブリードダクト(54)と、
を備えており、
前記二次燃焼システム(58)内に流入する前記ブリード空気(56)が、前記少なくとも1つの燃料噴射器(76)から吐出された燃料と混合して空気/燃料混合気を形成し、
前記空気/燃料混合気がチャネルを通って前記二次燃焼システム(58)に流れる、
を備えるガスタービン(10)。
