Description

Claims (7)
- 機械(20)の油圧システム(22)におけるジャークを制限する方法であって、該方法は、
出力圧力率を決定するために前記油圧システム(22)の弁(28)からの油圧油の出力圧力を常時測定する工程、
初期の流速から要求された流速になるように、前記弁(28)を通る油圧油の流れの変化を要求する指令を入力する工程、
前記弁(28)からの前記測定される油圧油の出力圧力によって決まる可変の最大圧力率を定める工程、
前記測定された出力圧力率を最大圧力率と比較する工程、及び、
油圧油の前記測定された出力圧力率が、前記油圧システム(22)におけるジャークを制限するために最大圧力率よりも大きいとき、前記初期の流速から、要求された流速と異なる許容された流速に油圧油の流れを調整する工程を含んでいることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記初期の流速から、要求された流速と異なる許容された流速に油圧油の流れを調整する工程は、さらに、初期の流速から、要求された流速よりも小さい許容された流速に油圧油の流れを調整し、前記要求された流速に対して前記弁(28)からの油圧油の流速を減速するように定められることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記初期の流速から、要求された流速と異なる許容された流速に油圧油の流れを調整する工程は、さらに、初期の流速から、要求された流速よりも大きい許容された流速に油圧油の流れを調整し、前記要求された流速に対して前記弁(28)からの油圧油の流速を加速するように定められることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記最大圧力率は、前記弁(28)からの油圧油の出力圧力に逆比例することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記初期の流速から、許容された流速に油圧油の流れを調整する工程は、さらに、油圧油の流れを制御するために前記弁(28)の位置を調整するように定められることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 油圧油の前記測定された出力圧力率が前記最大圧力率より小さいとき、前記初期の流速から、要求された流速に油圧油の流れを調整する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記機械(20)は、前記弁(28)のワークポート(32)に連結された圧力センサ(44)を含み、かつ油圧油の出力圧力を常時測定する工程は、さらに、前記弁(28)のワークポート(32)からの油圧油の圧力を検出することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
