Description
Claims (5)
- 操作部と、該操作部に接続されるとともに挿入部を構成する筒状のシースと、前記操作部の操作によって前記シースの先端開口部から突没される軸状電極と、該軸状電極の先端部に設けられた先端電極部とを備え、内視鏡の鉗子チャンネルに挿抜される内視鏡用処置具であって、
前記シースの先端部の外周面は先端側に向かって先細となる円錐テーパ状に形成され、
前記シースの先端部のテーパ部において、
前記テーパ部の基端側外形寸法c、前記テーパ部の先端側外形寸法d、前記先端電極部の外形寸法eとした際に、e>dであり、0.4c≦d≦0.6cであることを特徴とする内視鏡用処置具。 - 前記シースの先端部のテーパ部は、シースと別体の絶縁性部材によって構成され、該絶縁性部材がシースの先端開口部に取り付けられている請求項1に記載の内視鏡用処置具。
- 前記先端電極部は、導体部と該導体部の先端側及び基端側に設けられた不導体部とから成るサンドイッチ構造に形成され、前記導体部が前記先端電極部の側面に帯状に露出形成される請求項1又は2に記載の内視鏡用処置具。
- 前記先端電極部は、4枚の板部材を十字状に組み合わせた形状に形成された不導体部と、該不導体部の先端側及び基端側に設けられた導体部とからなる請求項1又は2に記載の内視鏡用処置具。
- 前記テーパ部の軸方向長さbとした際に、d<bである請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の内視鏡用処置具。
