Claims (6)
- 2以上の隣接する超合金部品(102、104)をレーザビーム溶接する方法であって、当該方法が、
少なくとも第1の超合金部品(102)と第2の超合金部品(104)の間に形成される継手内に第1のフィラー金属(106)を設ける段階と、
少なくとも第1の超合金部品(102)と第2の超合金部品(104)の間に形成される継手の上に第2のフィラー金属(504)を送給する段階と、
互いに所定距離(509)で隔てられたそれぞれの第1及び第2の焦点(512、514)に第1及び第2のレーザビーム(508、510)を照射する段階と、
第1のレーザビーム(508)を用いて、少なくとも第1の超合金部品(102)と第2の超合金部品(104)の間に第1のフィラー金属でベース溶接部(110)を形成する段階と、
第2のレーザビーム(510)を用いて、ベース溶接部(110)が冷却する前にベース溶接部(110)の上部に第2のフィラー金属(504)でキャップ溶接部(112)を形成する段階と
を含んでおり、ベース溶接部(110)及びキャップ溶接部(112)が、第1の超合金部品(102)と第2の超合金部品(104)の間に形成される継手に対する第1及び第2のレーザビーム(508、510)の単一パスで形成される、方法。 - レーザ出力をビームスプリッタ(604)に送り、前記第1及び第2のレーザビーム(508、510)を形成する段階を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第1のレーザビーム(508)のパワーレベルが第2のレーザビーム(510)のパワーレベルよりも大きい、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも第1の超合金部品(102)と第2の超合金部品(104)の間に形成されたベース溶接部(110)とキャップ溶接部(112)とを冷却し、その後、溶接後熱処理を施す段階を含む、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 第1及び第2のレーザビーム(508、510)間の所定距離が0.5cm〜1.5cmの範囲から選択される、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 第1のフィラー金属(106)を設ける段階が、少なくとも第1の超合金部品(102)と第2の超合金部品(104)の間に形成される継手内に第1のフィラー金属のシムを挿入することを含んでおり、第2のフィラー金属がフィラーワイヤである、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の方法。
