Description
Claims (14)
- 金属から形成された主パネル(12)と、
金属から形成され、金属形成処理の間の成形性を支援する少なくとも1つの形成特徴部(30、32)が設けられた、音減衰パッチ(14、16)と、
前記音減衰パッチ(14、16)を前記主パネル(12)に接合させる接着層(18)と、が設けられたパネル組立(10)であって、
前記音減衰パッチ(14、16)によって前記パネル組立(10)の騒音または振動が低減され、
前記少なくとも1つの形成特徴部が、前記音減衰パッチ(14、16)の内部に設けられた複数の内側形成特徴部(30)とされ、
前記複数の内側形成特徴部(30)が、開口(42)、孔(44)、スリット(46)またはスロットを有する第1の内側形成特徴部、および開口(42)、孔(44)、スリット(46)またはスロットを有する第2の内側形成特徴部を含み、かつ、
前記第1の内側形成特徴部および前記第2の内側形成特徴部が異なる内側形成特徴部とされる
ことを特徴とするパネル組立。 - 金属から形成された主パネル(12)と、
金属から形成され、金属形成処理の間の成形性を支援する少なくとも1つの形成特徴部(30、32)が設けられた、音減衰パッチ(14、16)と、
前記音減衰パッチ(14、16)を前記主パネル(12)に接合させる接着層(18)と、が設けられたパネル組立(10)であって、
前記音減衰パッチ(14、16)によって前記パネル組立(10)の騒音または振動が低減され、
前記少なくとも1つの形成特徴部が、前記音減衰パッチ(14、16)に設けられた複数の外側形成特徴部(32)とされ、該複数の外側形成特徴部(32)が、前記音減衰パッチ(14、16)の外周部に沿って配設されて金属形成処理中の成形性を支援し、
前記複数の外側形成特徴部(32)が、突起(50)、または凹部(52)を有する第1の外側形成特徴部、および、突起(50)、または凹部(52)を有する第2の外側形成特徴部を含み、かつ、
前記第1の外側形成特徴部および前記第2の外側形成特徴部が異なる外側形成特徴部とされる
ことを特徴とするパネル組立。 - 前記接着層(18)が前記音減衰パッチ(14、16)を前記主パネル(12)に接合する粘弾性接着材で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のパネル組立。
- 前記内側形成特徴部(30)が、前記音減衰パッチ(14、16)の伸長域に配設されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパネル組立。
- 前記内側形成特徴部(30)が、前記音減衰パッチ(14、16)の圧縮域に配設されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパネル組立。
- 前記音減衰パッチ(14、16)には、金属形成処理中の成形性を支援する1つまたは複数の外側形成特徴部(32)がさらに設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパネル組立。
- 前記音減衰パッチ(14、16)には、金属形成処理中の成形性を支援する1つまたは複数の内側形成特徴部(30)がさらに設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のパネル組立。
- 前記1つまたは複数の外側成特徴部(32)が突起(50)とされ、かつ前記複数の内側形成部特徴部の少なくとも1つが前記1つまたは複数の外側成特徴部(32)の内側に配設されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のパネル組立。
- 前記音減衰パッチ(14、16)を前記主パネル(12)に接着する少なくとも1つの溶着部(62)がさらに設けられ、前記形成特徴部(30、32)が、前記溶着部(62)近傍に配設されて金属形成処理中の溶着部(62)への応力または圧力を緩和することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のパネル組立。
- 請求項1または2のパネル組立から形成された車両の車輪格納部(20、22)であって、前記主パネル(12)が前記車輪格納部(20、22)を形成し、前記音減衰パッチ(14、16)が前記車両格納部(20、22)から生じる騒音または振動を軽減することを特徴とする車両の車輪格納部。
- 請求項1または2のパネル組立から形成された車両のシートタブ(180)であって、前記主パネル(12)が前記シートタブ(180)を形成し、前記音減衰パッチ(14、16)が前記車両の外部から生じる騒音または振動を軽減することを特徴とする車両のシートタブ。
- 請求項1または2のパネル組立から形成された車両のダッシュパネルであって、前記主パネル(200、250)が前記ダッシュパネルを形成し、前記音減衰パッチ(202、252、254)がエンジンルームから生じる騒音または振動を軽減することを特徴とする車両のダッシュパネル。
- (1)金属から形成された主パネル(12)を用意する工程と、
(2)金属形成処理の間の成形性を支援する少なくとも1つの形成特徴部(30、32)を有する、金属から形成された音減衰パッチ(14、16)を用意する工程であって、前記形成特徴部が前記音減衰パッチ(14、16)の内部に設けられた複数の内側形成特徴部(30)とされ、該複数の内側形成特徴部(30)が、開口(42)、孔(44)、スリット(46)またはスロットを有する第1の内側形成特徴部、および開口(42)、孔(44)、スリット(46)またはスロットを有する第2の内側形成特徴部を含み、かつ、前記第1の内側形成特徴部および前記第2の内側形成特徴部が異なる内側形成特徴部とされる工程と、
(3)前記音減衰パッチ(14、16)を前記主パネル(12)に接着層(18)で接合してパネル組立(10)を形成する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とするパネル組立の製造方法。 - (1)金属から形成された主パネル(12)を用意する工程と、
(2)金属形成処理の間の成形性を支援する少なくとも1つの形成特徴部(30、32)を有する、金属から形成された音減衰パッチ(14、16)を用意する工程であって、前記形成特徴部が前記音減衰パッチ(14、16)に設けられた複数の外側形成特徴部(32)とされ、該複数の外側形成特徴部(32)が、前記音減衰パッチ(14、16)の外周部に沿って配設されて金属形成処理中の成形性を支援し、前記複数の外側形成特徴部(32)が、突起(50)、または凹部(52)を有する第1の外側形成特徴部、および、突起(50)、または凹部(52)を有する第2の外側形成特徴部を含み、かつ、前記第1の外側形成特徴部および前記第2の外側形成特徴部が異なる外側形成特徴部とされる工程と、
(3)前記音減衰パッチ(14、16)を前記主パネル(12)に接着層(18)で接合してパネル組立(10)を形成する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とするパネル組立の製造方法。
