Description
Claims (9)
- エレベータシステム用の綱車の表面に耐摩耗、耐食性を備えた材料層を適用し、
前記適用後に、前記材料層を粗面化するステップを備え、
前記材料が、硬質粒状クロムを含むとともに、前記材料層をブラスト処理することにより、該材料層を粗面化することを備えた、エレベータ耐荷重部材と接触するように適合されたエレベータシステム用の綱車の製造方法。 - 前記ブラスト処理中の前記材料層の亀裂の発生を防ぐように選択されたグリットを有するアルミナブラストメディアを使用することを備えた請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記適用ステップが、前記表面への前記材料のめっき処理を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記材料が5〜60μmの厚さを有するように前記材料層を適用することを備えた請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 15μm〜30μmの厚さを適用することを備えた請求項4に記載の製造方法。
- エレベータ耐荷重部材と接触するように適合された綱車面を有する金属体と、
前記綱車面上の、5μmを超える厚さを有する耐摩耗、耐食性を備えた材料層と、
を備え、
前記材料層が、前記綱車面への適用後に粗面化されるとともに、
前記材料が、硬質粒状クロムを含み、前記材料層をブラスト処理することにより、該材料層が粗面化されることを特徴とする、エレベータ綱車。 - 前記金属体の綱車面が第1の粗度を有し、前記材料層が、より粗い第2の粗度を有する外面を備えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のエレベータ綱車。
- 前記厚さが、60μm未満であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のエレベータ綱車。
- 前記厚さが、15μm〜30μmであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のエレベータ綱車。
