Description
Claims (8)
- 診断対象となる生体組織の分光特性のベクトルである被検ベクトルを読み込むベクトル入力手段と、
前記診断対象となる生体組織と同一部位で且つ病変部が含まれていない多数の生体組織サンプルの分光特性のベクトルから、独立成分分析により、特定の物質の分光特性のベクトルである複数の独立成分ベクトルを算出する独立成分ベクトル算出手段と、
前記算出された独立成分ベクトルにて、前記被検ベクトルを重回帰分析し、残差成分のベクトルであるエラーベクトルを得る重回帰分析手段と、
前記エラーベクトルの特徴を抽出し、抽出されたエラーベクトルの特徴から前記診断対象となる生体組織に病変部が含まれるかどうか、及びどのような病変部が含まれる可能性があるかを示す指標値を演算する指標値演算手段と、
を有する、
診断補助装置。 - 前記指標値演算手段は、
特定の病変部が含まれる多数の生体組織サンプルの分光特性のベクトルを前記複数の独立成分ベクトルにて重回帰分析して得られる残差成分のベクトルである病変部サンプルエラーベクトルから独立成分分析によって求められる病変部物質ベクトルに基づいて前記指標値を演算する、
請求項1に記載の診断補助装置。 - 診断対象となる生体組織の分光特性のベクトルである被検ベクトルを読み込むベクトル入力ステップと、
前記診断対象となる生体組織と同一部位で且つ病変部が含まれていない多数の生体組織サンプルの分光特性のベクトルから、独立成分分析により、特定の物質の分光特性のベクトルである複数の独立成分ベクトルを算出する独立成分ベクトル算出ステップと、
前記算出された独立成分ベクトルにて、前記被検ベクトルを重回帰分析し、残差成分のベクトルであるエラーベクトルを得る重回帰分析ステップと、
前記エラーベクトルの特徴を抽出し、抽出されたエラーベクトルの特徴から前記診断対象となる生体組織に病変部が含まれるかどうか、及びどのような病変部が含まれる可能性があるかを示す指標値を演算する指標値演算ステップと、
を含む、
診断補助方法。 - 前記指標値演算ステップにおいて、
特定の病変部が含まれる多数の生体組織サンプルの分光特性のベクトルを前記複数の独立成分ベクトルにて重回帰分析して得られる残差成分のベクトルである病変部サンプルエラーベクトルから独立成分分析によって求められる病変部物質ベクトルに基づいて前記指標値を演算する、
請求項5に記載の診断補助方法。
