- 弾性的に変形可能なチャンバ壁(1.2)と剛体のチャンバ壁(1.3)の間に画成される細長い空洞(1.1)を含んでなる蠕動ポンプのためのポンプチャンバ(1)であって、弾性的に変形可能なチャンバ壁(1.2)及び剛体のチャンバ壁(1.3)が、二成分射出成形によってワンピース部材として配置される、上記ポンプチャンバ(1)。
- 弾性的に変形可能なチャンバ壁(1.2)が長手方向に分割された中空シリンダーの形状を有し、剛体のチャンバ壁(1.3)が少なくとも細長い空洞(1.1)の断面において平面形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポンプチャンバ(1)。
