Claims (1)
- 密閉ケース内で旋回スクロールの渦巻体と固定スクロールの渦巻体とが互いに噛み合わせられて圧縮室を形成し、当該旋回スクロールを駆動するモータと、当該モータの回転部に取り付けられた回転主軸となるクランクシャフトと、を備えたスクロール圧縮機において、
前記クランクシャフトには、前記モータの回転を安全に保つためのフライホイールが設けられており、
前記固定スクロールは、中央部分に吐出ポートが形成されると共に、当該吐出ポートの外周側に前記圧縮室へ連通するリリースポートに繋がるリリース弁が設けられ、前記固定スクロールの天板に取り付けられて前記吐出ポート及び前記リリース弁を覆って吐出ヘッド空間を形成すると共に、所定の箇所に設けられた貫通孔を開成又は閉成するための吐出弁を備えた吐出ヘッドカバーと、前記吐出ヘッド空間から前記密閉ケース外へ当該吐出ヘッド空間内の冷媒ガスを導く吐出ガイド管と、前記冷媒ガスを吸入するための吸入管及び前記吐出ガイド管に結合されて連通すると共に、パルス幅調整制御信号により開成状態と閉成状態とが駆動制御されるソレノイド弁と、を備え、
前記吐出ヘッドカバー、前記吐出ガイド管、及び前記ソレノイド弁は、当該ソレノイド弁を開成状態として前記吐出ヘッド空間内の前記冷媒ガスを当該吐出ガイド管から前記吸入管へ導くためのバイパス通路を形成すると共に、前記モータの回転速度を変化させる電力を供給する電力変換器の動作と当該ソレノイド弁を駆動制御する前記パルス幅調整制御信号を生成するソレノイド駆動回路の動作とを操作指示により制御する操作指示制御手段を備え、
前記操作指示制御手段の制御により、前記モータの最低回転数近傍の所定の回転数で当該モータを駆動し、且つ前記ソレノイド駆動回路を駆動させて吐出流量制御を行うことを特徴とするスクロール圧縮機。
