Description
Claims (9)
- 伝動機構(16、17)を介してスピンドル(18)を駆動するモータ(15)と、
電気制御部と、を備え、
前記スピンドル(18)には、駆動素子(2)を保持するスピンドルナット(19)が回転不能に装着されているアクチュエータ(1)であって、
前記アクチュエータ(1)はさらに、
前記アクチュエータ(1)を取付けるための少なくとも1つの取付け部品(3,4)と、
前記モータ(15)を収容するハウジング(14)と、
前記駆動素子(2)をガイドするためのガイド管(21)と、
を備えており、
前記ガイド管(21)の一端は前記ハウジング(14)に固定されており、
前記駆動素子(2)の一端は前記スピンドルナット(19)に固定されており、
前記取付け部品(3,4)は少なくとも1つのスイッチ(7)に関連づけて位置しており、
前記取付け部品(3,4)は、前記アクチュエータ(1)が圧縮状態となったときにもたらされる通常状態である第1の位置と前記アクチュエータ(1)が引張状態となったときにもたらされる第2の位置との間で軸方向に変位可能であり、
前記第1の位置にある取付け部品(3,4)がスイッチ(7)をオン状態にするとともに、前記第2の位置にある取付け部品(3,4)がスイッチ(7)をオフ状態とするように構成された、リニアアクチュエータ(1)。 - 前記取付け部品(3,4)は、アクチュエータの後端に位置する後部取付け部品(4)である、請求項1に記載のリニアアクチュエータ(1)。
- 前記スイッチ(7)は、オフ状態とされた時に、アクチュエータ(1)のモータへの電流を直接的又は間接的に遮断する、請求項1に記載のリニアアクチュエータ(1)。
- 前記スイッチ(7)は、アクチュエータ(1)に取付けられた印刷回路基板(6)に設けられている、請求項1に記載のリニアアクチュエータ(1)。
- 前記取付け部品(3,4)は、スプライン接続部(11,12)によってアクチュエータ(1)に取付けられている、請求項1に記載のリニアアクチュエータ(1)。
- 前記スプライン接続部(11,12)の部品は、相対的に軸方向に変位可能であり、前記取付け部品(3,4)の軸方向変位における少なくとも1つの方向でのストッパを形成している、請求項5に記載のリニアアクチュエータ(1)。
- 前記軸方向に変位可能な取付け部品(3,4)の一部はハウジングによって囲まれており、前記ハウジングは、さらに、前記取付け部品(3,4)の軸方向移動における少なくとも1つの方向でのストッパとして機能する、請求項1に記載のリニアアクチュエータ(1)。
- スプライン接続部(11,12)を形成する部品内における、前記取付け部品(3,4)上の少なくとも1つのピン(11)が、スイッチ(7)を作動状態にするために設けられている、請求項5に記載のリニアアクチュエータ(1)。
- 前記スイッチ(7)は、前記取付け部品(3,4)に設けられたスプライン接続部(11,12)に関連づけて、アクチュエータ(1)内の凹部(10)内に取付けられている、請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載のリニアアクチュエータ(1)。
