- 圧力を付加されるシリンダ管として応用するための冷間成形され、冷間引抜き加工された精密鋼管を製造するための方法であって、精密鋼管が、

Mn=1.0 〜3.5
Al=0.020〜0.060
V 最大0.20

S 最大0.03
以上の化学組成(質量%)と、各合金元素のうち少なくとも1種は含有するように選択的に添加されるCr、Mo、Ni、W、TiまたはNbの単数または複数の合金元素とを有し、
前記選択的に鋼に添加される合金元素が、
Cr 最大0.80
Mo 最大0.65
Ni 最大0.90
W 最大0.90
Ti 最大0.20
Nb 最大0.20
の含有量(質量%)を有し、
残部がFeおよび融解に起因した不純物からなる、出発製品である継目無しで仕上げられた熱間圧延素管または熱間鋼帯から製造された溶接素管が、単数または複数の引抜き工程で仕上げ管へと引抜き加工され、仕上げ引抜き工程の前に管が焼入れ焼戻し処理を施され、仕上げ引き抜き加工後に仕上げ焼きなまし加工を行う方法。 - 焼入れ焼戻しのために管が910〜940℃の温度にまで加熱された後、冷却され、引き続き焼戻し処理を施されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 冷却が急速冷却であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 焼入れが噴水によって行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 冷却が静止空気で行われることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 焼戻し処理が540〜720℃の温度範囲内で実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
