Description
The present invention relates to a gas turbine control device, a gas turbine, and a gas turbine control method.
In the gas turbine, it is important to prevent unstable combustion such as combustion vibration and flame disappearance generated in a combustor that generates combustion gas for driving the turbine.
In relation to the above, Patent Document 1 discloses an area in which combustion vibration is likely to occur by modeling the internal pressure fluctuation of the combustor from plant data and weather data, and applying the limit value of the internal pressure fluctuation to the mathematical model. And predicting the combustion vibration generated in the combustor of the gas turbine by a mathematical model, facilitating adjustment of the combustion control system and early generation of combustion vibration during operation. The technology to detect is described.
In Patent Document 2, a fuel ratio control signal corresponding to a ratio between a generator output from an input device for generator output and a function generated based on a pressure from an input device for cabin air pressure is compressed. On-line blade cleaning implementation, atmospheric humidity, fuel composition, atmospheric pressure change, turbine deterioration, and generator output change rate are corrected to finely control the fuel ratio between pilot fuel and main fuel, gas turbine A technique for maintaining stable combustion in a combustor is described.
Here, as the atmospheric pressure increases, unstable combustion may occur in the combustor.
Patent Document 1 describes the use of meteorological data (atmospheric temperature, atmospheric pressure, humidity, etc.) as a mathematical model of the internal pressure fluctuation of the combustor, and Patent Document 2 describes the fuel ratio using changes in atmospheric pressure. However, Patent Documents 1 and 2 do not mention any specific means for preventing unstable combustion accompanying an increase in atmospheric pressure.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and is a gas turbine control device, a gas turbine, and a gas turbine control capable of preventing unstable combustion of a combustor accompanying an increase in atmospheric pressure. It aims to provide a method.
In order to solve the above problems, the gas turbine control device, gas turbine, and gas turbine control method of the present invention employ the following means.
That is, the control device for a gas turbine according to the present invention combusts pilot fuel and main fuel using a compressor that compresses the introduced air to generate compressed air, and the compressed air introduced from the compressor. A control device for a gas turbine comprising a combustor that generates combustion gas and a turbine that is driven by the combustion gas, the atmospheric pressure measuring means for measuring atmospheric pressure, and the atmospheric pressure measuring means And a control means for executing an increase control for increasing the ratio according to a rise in the atmospheric pressure when the atmospheric pressure is equal to or higher than a reference value.
According to the present invention, a control device for a gas turbine compresses intake air to generate compressed air, and uses the compressed air introduced from the compressor to burn pilot fuel and main fuel. A gas turbine including a combustor that generates combustion gas and a turbine driven by the combustion gas is controlled.
Here, when the atmospheric pressure is low, the density of the air is lowered, and the mass flow rate of the compressed air that is the intake air of the combustor is lowered. However, since the gas turbine needs to maintain its output, the fuel flows into the combustor according to the load of the gas turbine. As a result, the air is reduced relative to the fuel, the fuel-air ratio is increased, and the amount of nitrogen oxide (NOx) is increased.
The gas turbine needs to reduce NOx to a compensation value when NOx increases. Therefore, the gas turbine reduces NOx by lowering the pilot ratio. This is because the flame by the pilot fuel is diffusion combustion and the amount of NOx generated is large. Thereafter, when the atmospheric pressure increases, the mass flow rate of the intake air of the combustor increases, so the fuel-air ratio decreases and NOx also decreases. However, if the pilot ratio is lowered more than necessary, the flame of the pilot fuel, which is a fire type, is small, so that the combustor becomes unstable in combustion, and part of the flame disappears, that is, unstable combustion easily occurs. .
Therefore, the present invention measures the atmospheric pressure, and executes an increase control for increasing the ratio of the pilot fuel according to the increase in the atmospheric pressure when the measured atmospheric pressure is equal to or higher than the reference value.
Accordingly, the present invention increases the pilot ratio as the atmospheric pressure rises, so that it is possible to suppress the reduction of the flame caused by the pilot fuel, which is a fire type, and to prevent unstable combustion of the combustor accompanying the increase in atmospheric pressure. it can.
The control device for a gas turbine according to the present invention, introducing a pre-Symbol compressed air introduced into the combustor casing, the transition piece located downstream of the combustor by bypassing the combustion zone in the combustor a bypass valve for opening and closing the bypass passage for, when the atmospheric pressure is equal to or larger than the reference value as determined by pre-Symbol atmospheric pressure measuring means, the opening degree of the bypass valve as a control object, with the increase of the atmospheric pressure Control means for executing increase control for increasing the opening degree.
According to the present invention, a control device for a gas turbine includes a compressor that compresses intake air to generate compressed air, and a compressor that is disposed in the combustor casing and is introduced from the compressor into the combustor casing. A gas turbine including a combustor that generates combustion gas by burning fuel using air and a turbine driven by the combustion gas is controlled.
Here, when the atmospheric pressure rises, the pressure in the combustor compartment rises. When the pressure in the combustor casing is high, the pressure of the fuel supplied to the combustor also increases, so that the fuel is compressed and the density of the fuel increases (increase in fuel manifold pressure). Therefore, even if the opening degree of the fuel supply valve that supplies fuel to the combustor is small, that is, the opening degree command value (CSO) of the fuel supply valve is small, the combustor has a lower atmospheric pressure than the case where the atmospheric pressure is low. As a result, a larger amount of fuel flows in and fuel for the required amount of heat generation is supplied.
Therefore, when atmospheric pressure rises, CSO will fall. As a result, the fuel flow rate to the combustor decreases, while the air flow rate increases, so the fuel-air ratio decreases, and the combustor is more susceptible to flame disappearance, that is, unstable combustion.
Therefore, the present invention measures the atmospheric pressure, and when the measured atmospheric pressure is equal to or higher than a reference value, introduces the compressed air introduced into the combustor casing into the tail cylinder, bypassing the combustion region in the combustor. Increase control is performed to increase the opening of the bypass valve for opening and closing the bypass flow path in response to an increase in atmospheric pressure .
Therefore, according to the present invention, since a part of the compressed air in the combustor cabin bypasses the combustion region, the compressed air introduced into the combustion region is reduced and the fuel-air ratio is relatively increased. Unstable combustion of the combustor accompanying the rise can be prevented.
In the gas turbine control device of the present invention, the control means controls the amount of increase of the control target according to the atmospheric pressure.
According to the present invention, since the increase amount of the control target is controlled according to the atmospheric pressure, unstable combustion of the combustor accompanying the increase in the atmospheric pressure can be more reliably prevented.
In the gas turbine control device of the present invention, the control means controls the amount of increase of the control target according to the output of the gas turbine.
According to the present invention, since the increase amount of the controlled object is controlled according to the output of the gas turbine, it is possible to more reliably prevent unstable combustion of the combustor accompanying the increase in atmospheric pressure.
In the gas turbine control device of the present invention, the control means does not execute the increase control when the load of the gas turbine is a partial load.
When the load of the gas turbine is low, the pilot ratio, that is, the fire type is large, so the influence of the increase in atmospheric pressure is small. Therefore, the present invention does not execute the increase control when the load of the gas turbine is a partial load, so that unstable combustion of the combustor can be efficiently prevented.
On the other hand, a gas turbine according to the present invention includes a compressor that compresses intake air to generate compressed air and a combustor casing, and the compressed air introduced from the compressor into the combustor casing. And a combustor that generates combustion gas by burning the fuel, a turbine driven by the combustion gas, and the gas turbine control device described above.
Furthermore, the method for controlling a gas turbine according to the present invention includes a compressor that compresses intake air to generate compressed air, and burns pilot fuel and main fuel using the compressed air introduced from the compressor. A gas turbine control method comprising a combustor that generates combustion gas and a turbine driven by the combustion gas, wherein the first step of measuring atmospheric pressure, and the measured atmospheric pressure exceeds a reference value The second step of increasing the ratio of the pilot fuel in response to an increase in atmospheric pressure .
The control method for a gas turbine according to the present invention, when the atmospheric pressure was measured boss is equal to or larger than the reference value, the compressed air the introduced into the combustor casing, to bypass the combustion zone in the combustor the comprising the step of Ru is increased in accordance with the opening degree of the bypass valve for opening and closing the bypass passage for introducing the transition piece located downstream of the combustor to increase the atmospheric pressure.
According to the present invention, there is an excellent effect that unstable combustion of a combustor accompanying an increase in atmospheric pressure can be prevented.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a gas turbine control device, a gas turbine, and a gas turbine control method according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

The atmospheric pressure correction

As shown in FIG. 3, the atmospheric pressure correction value is “1” until the atmospheric pressure reaches a predetermined reference value. When the atmospheric pressure exceeds the reference value, the atmospheric pressure is increased according to the increase in the atmospheric pressure. The correction value increases. For example, the reference value is an atmospheric pressure used as a reference for optimizing the driving of the
In the correction function shown in FIG. 3, the atmospheric pressure correction value is increased linearly as the atmospheric pressure increases. It may be increased asymptotically to the value.

The CSO correction
FIG. 4 is a graph showing a correction function for calculating the CSO correction value. As shown in FIG. 4, until the CSO reaches a predetermined reference value, the CSO correction value is 0 (zero). When the CSO exceeds the reference value, the atmospheric pressure correction value is increased as the CSO increases. To increase. And when CSO becomes a predetermined value, it becomes constant. The predetermined value is, for example, 70%.

As described above, the gas
Therefore, since the gas
In addition, since the gas
In addition, the gas
Further, since the gas
In the first embodiment, when the atmospheric pressure exceeds the reference value, the form in which the increase amount of the pilot ratio is controlled according to the atmospheric pressure and the output of the
[Second Embodiment]
Hereinafter, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described.
The configuration of the
FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram for explaining an outline of the configuration of the
The
The
The
Here, when the atmospheric pressure increases, the pressure in the
Therefore, when the atmospheric pressure increases, CSO (PLCSO, MCSO) decreases. As a result, while the fuel flow rate to the
Therefore, the gas
In addition, the bypass valve opening degree increase control according to the second embodiment controls the increase amount of the opening degree of the

The MW / Pcs correction
FIG. 7 is a graph showing a correction function for calculating the MW / Pcs correction value. As shown in FIG. 7, the MW / Pcs correction value is 0 (zero) until MW / Pcs reaches a predetermined reference value. When MW / Pcs exceeds the reference value, the MW / Pcs increases. Accordingly, the MW / Pcs correction value increases. And when MW / Pcs becomes a predetermined value, it becomes constant. The predetermined value is, for example, 70%.
In addition, a reference value is a case where the load of the

The bypass
As described above, the gas
Therefore, in the gas
In addition, since the gas
Further, since the gas
