Conventionally, in a hybrid vehicle equipped with a stepped automatic transmission, Patent Document 1 discloses a technique in which a regenerative torque of a motor generator is reduced simultaneously with the start of a shift when performing a shift during a regenerative control for performing a regenerative braking. ing.
However, in the above invention, the braking force generated by the motor generator during the inertia phase is transmitted to the drive wheels when the automatic transmission is upshifted during regenerative control while traveling on a downhill road. There is a problem that the driver may not be able to be performed and the driver feels uncomfortable.
The present invention has been invented to solve such problems. When the automatic transmission is upshifted during regenerative control, the braking force generated by the motor generator during the inertia phase is transmitted to the drive wheels. The purpose is to suppress the disappearance and reduce the uncomfortable feeling given to the driver.
A regenerative control device according to an aspect of the present invention is a regenerative control device that controls regenerative braking in a vehicle including a motor generator and a transmission disposed between the motor generator and a drive wheel. A regenerative control device for controlling regenerative braking in a vehicle equipped with The regenerative control device includes regenerative control determining means for determining whether or not regenerative control is being performed, upshift determining means for determining whether or not an upshift is being performed in the transmission, and performing regenerative control and being increased in the transmission. Clutch torque that sets the release-side clutch torque capacity in the inertia phase to a value greater than the release-side clutch torque capacity in the inertia phase when upshifting is performed without performing regenerative control when shifting Capacity setting means.
According to the present invention, when the upshift is performed during the regenerative control, the release side clutch torque capacity of the inertia phase is larger than the release side clutch torque capacity of the inertia phase when the upshift is performed without performing the regenerative control. By doing so, it is possible to suppress the braking force generated by the motor generator from being transmitted to the drive wheels.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail based on examples shown in the drawings.

In this state, the output rotation from the engine 1 or both the output rotation from the engine 1 and the output rotation from the

Next, the regenerative control of this embodiment will be described using the flowchart of FIG. Here, it is assumed that the brake pedal is depressed by the driver to perform regenerative control. The control described below is performed by the
In step S100, a deceleration to be achieved by the vehicle is calculated based on the driver's brake pedal operation (depression amount), and a braking force for achieving the calculated deceleration is calculated.
In step S101, the regenerative torque by the
In step S102, it is determined whether or not the
In step S103, it is determined whether the shift is an upshift. If it is an upshift, the process proceeds to step S104. If it is not an upshift, the process proceeds to step S105, and separately prepared downshift control is performed.
In step S104, it is determined whether an inertia phase in which the gear position of the
In step S106, the absolute value of the regenerative torque calculated in step S101 is compared with the regenerative torque upper limit value. If the absolute value of the regenerative torque is smaller than the regenerative torque upper limit value, the process proceeds to step S107. On the other hand, when the absolute value of the regenerative torque is equal to the regenerative torque upper limit value, the process proceeds to step S108. The regenerative torque upper limit value is an upper limit value of the regenerative torque force that can be generated in the
In step S107, the release side clutch torque capacity is set to the absolute value of the regenerative torque. Here, since the absolute value of the regenerative torque is smaller than the regenerative torque upper limit value, the
In step S108, the release side clutch torque capacity is made smaller than the absolute value of the regenerative torque. As a result, the upshift proceeds. The release-side clutch torque capacity in this step is a value larger than the release-side clutch torque capacity in the upshift inertia phase where regenerative control is not performed. For example, the value smaller than the absolute value of the regenerative torque is compared with the minimum torque capacity larger than the disengagement clutch torque capacity of the upshift inertia phase where regenerative control is not performed, and the larger value is the disengagement side Set as clutch torque capacity.
In step S109, it is determined whether the inertia phase has ended. If the inertia phase has ended, the process proceeds to step S110. If the inertia phase has not ended, the process returns to step S106 and the above control is repeated.
In step S110, the engagement side clutch torque capacity is increased to a set predetermined value, and the shift is ended.
Next, the regeneration control of this embodiment will be described with reference to the time chart of FIG. In addition, the case where the regeneration control of this embodiment is not used is shown with a broken line.
At time t0, the
At time t1, when the gear ratio change in the
In the present embodiment, the hydraulic pressure of the release side friction element during the inertia phase is made larger than the hydraulic pressure when the present embodiment is not used, and the release side clutch torque capacity is made larger than when the present embodiment is not used. As a result, braking force loss during the inertia phase can be suppressed.
At the time t2, when the change in the gear ratio of the
The effect of the embodiment of the present invention will be described.
When performing an upshift during regenerative control, the release-side clutch torque capacity during the inertia phase is set larger than the disengagement-side clutch torque capacity during the inertia phase when regenerative control is not performed, thereby suppressing braking force loss. can do. Therefore, the uncomfortable feeling given to the driver can be reduced.
Compare the absolute value of the regenerative torque with the upper limit value of the regenerative torque. If the absolute value of the regenerative torque is smaller than the upper limit value of the regenerative torque, set the disengagement side clutch torque capacity to the absolute value of the regenerative torque. Shifting can be advanced by the torque margin of the
In addition, when the absolute value of the regenerative torque is equal to the regenerative torque upper limit value, the disengagement-side clutch torque capacity is made smaller than the regenerative torque upper limit value, whereby the shift can be advanced and the braking force loss can be suppressed.
