Description
The present invention relates to an air conditioner.
As a conventional air conditioner for centralized cooling and heating, there is a duct type that distributes and blows cold air or warm air to a plurality of air-conditioned rooms through a duct and a plurality of branch ducts.
In Patent Literature 1, in an air conditioner in which a damper is attached to each branch duct, a difference in airflow resistance of each branch duct is detected in advance, and the air volume of each terminal air volume control unit is indirectly estimated, It is described that information on how to control an appropriate opening / closing degree of a damper with respect to a set air volume of an air conditioning room is stored. Thus, according to Patent Document 1, it is supposed that an appropriate amount of air can be stably supplied to each air-conditioned room by appropriately controlling the degree of opening and closing of the damper based on the above information in the actual operation mode. ing.
Patent Document 1 does not specifically describe how to determine and set the set air volume (individual required air volume) of each air-conditioned room.
On the other hand, a case will be considered in which the individual required air volume corresponding to the temperature condition of each air-conditioned room is determined and set with reference to the determination information of the individual required air volume determined in advance according to the resistance coefficient of the ventilation path and the transport air volume. In this case, the sum of the individual required air volumes of each air-conditioned room is controlled to be the air volume of the air conditioner, but in the distribution of air to each air-conditioned room by such air volume, Depending on the resistance coefficient of the air flow path and the accuracy of the conveyance air volume, and the resistance coefficient is improperly set due to actual use conditions and setting errors, air with an appropriate air volume can be distributed to each air-conditioned room. There is no tendency.
Consider a case where the individual required air volume of each air-conditioned room is set in proportion to the temperature difference between the set room temperature and the actual room temperature. In this case, the distribution of air to each air-conditioned room is not necessarily suitable for the size of the air-conditioned room and the air-conditioning load, and as a result, the state of excessive or insufficient air conditioning continues or the rise of air conditioning becomes slow. May cause problems. Thereby, it exists in the tendency which cannot distribute the air of appropriate air volume with respect to each air-conditioned room.
Moreover, in the air conditioner described in Patent Document 1, since the initial resistance coefficient of the air passage calculated before the air conditioning operation is continuously used during the air conditioning operation, it is difficult to cope with temporal variation of the resistance coefficient. It is. For example, use in a state different from the initial resistance coefficient, such as an increase in airflow resistance due to dust volume in the duct path during air conditioning operation or installation of obstacles, or opening the door of the air-conditioned room, When measuring the resistance coefficient before air conditioning operation or during trial operation, for example, an incorrect measurement such as a window or door in the air-conditioned room being open, or a pressure loss is manually input to the device in advance. The initial resistance coefficient may not be appropriate due to an input mistake or the like. Thereby, it exists in the tendency which cannot distribute the air of appropriate air volume with respect to each air-conditioned room.
Also, in the method of distributing the air flow according to the pressure loss of the air flow path to each air-conditioned room, if there is an inappropriate resistance coefficient even in one air-conditioned room, it affects the overall air flow balance, The distribution of air to each air-conditioned room becomes inadequate, and there is a tendency to cause problems of noise due to excessive or insufficient air conditioning and excessive air flow. That is, there is a tendency that air having an appropriate air volume cannot be distributed to each air-conditioned room.
This invention is made | formed in view of the above, Comprising: It aims at obtaining the air conditioner which can distribute the air of appropriate air volume to each air-conditioned room.
In order to solve the above-described problems and achieve the object, an air conditioner according to one aspect of the present invention includes a plurality of air exchanged by a blower through a duct and a plurality of branch ducts. A central air blower that distributes and blows air to the air-conditioned room, an air volume setting means that sets the air flow required for the air-conditioned room as an individual required air volume for each of the plurality of air-conditioned rooms, and the heat exchanger Resistance coefficient setting means for setting a frictional resistance coefficient of a plurality of ventilation paths to reach the plurality of air-conditioned rooms via the duct and the plurality of branch ducts, and an air blowing amount through the plurality of branch ducts A plurality of air volume adjusting devices for adjusting the set individual required air volume based on the set frictional resistance coefficient, a plurality of room temperature setting means for setting the room temperature of the plurality of air-conditioned rooms, Multiple covers A plurality of room temperature detecting means for detecting the room temperature of the conditioning room, and the air volume setting means and the resistance coefficient setting means set the respective friction resistance coefficients of the plurality of air flow paths to initial values before the air conditioning operation. A first initial value setting means, a second initial value setting means for setting an individual required air volume of an air-conditioned room for performing air-conditioning operation to an initial value at the start of air-conditioning operation of one or more air-conditioned rooms, and a cooling operation. When the detected room temperature is lower than the set room temperature, it is determined that the capacity is excessive, and when the detected room temperature is higher than the set room temperature, the capacity is insufficient. And for the air-conditioned room that performs the heating operation, it is determined that the detected room temperature is excessive when the detected room temperature is higher than the set room temperature, and the detected room temperature is higher than the set room temperature. If it ’s low, it ’s not enough If there are both the determining means to be determined and the air-conditioned room determined to be overcapacity by the determining means and the air-conditioned room determined to be insufficient capacity by the determining means, the capacity is determined by the determining means. The air flow to the air-conditioned room determined to be insufficient by the determination means is corrected by reducing the set frictional resistance coefficient with respect to the air-flow path to the air-conditioned room determined to be excessive. Correction is made to increase the set frictional resistance coefficient with respect to the path, and the air-conditioned room determined to be overcapacity by the determination means and the air-conditioned room determined to be insufficient by the determination means If one of the above and the other does not exist , the determined individual air volume is corrected so as to be reduced for the air-conditioned room determined to be excessive capacity by the determination means, and the determination And correction means for correcting the air-conditioned room determined to be insufficient by the stage so as to increase the set individual required air volume.

In step S7, the
In step S9, the correction means 12d of the resistance coefficient setting means 12 sets the frictional resistance coefficient of the ventilation path from the air-conditioned
In step S10, the correction means 11d of the air volume setting means 11 decreases the individual required air volume of the air-conditioned
In step S8, the
In step S11, the correction means 12d of the resistance coefficient setting means 12 sets the frictional resistance coefficient of the ventilation path from the air-conditioned
In step S12, the correction means 11d of the air volume setting means 11 increases the individual required air volume of the air-conditioned
In step S13, the air
By repeating the series of steps, that is, correction control of the individual required air volume and the frictional resistance coefficient for each of the air-conditioned
In addition, a series of control operation | movement of said step S4 to step S13 is repeatedly performed for every air-conditioned
Further, the temperature difference signal input from the room temperature detection means 9a to 9d to the air volume setting means 11 in step S1 or step S5 is a signal indicating a numerical value obtained by subtracting the set room temperature from the detected room temperature, for example. Alternatively, up to a temperature difference within a certain range may be combined into one code (for example, a code for identifying which numerical value range among a plurality of numerical value ranges of the temperature difference signal). .
In step S6, whether the air-conditioned
Here, suppose that the frictional resistance coefficient is corrected without correcting the individual required air volume. In this case, there is a possibility that the entire air blowing amount is corrected in an excessive state, and there is a possibility that an excessive air blowing output is wasted.
Alternatively, suppose that the individual required air volume is corrected without correcting the frictional resistance coefficient. In this case, even if the individual required air volume is corrected and the air volume of the entire air conditioner is changed in a state where the air volume distribution to each air-conditioned room is poor, an excessive air output may be wasted.
On the other hand, in the embodiment, the air-conditioned room determined to have excessive capacity by the
In addition, you may make it determine the excess / deficiency determination of the heating / cooling capability of step S6, when the temperature difference signal from each room temperature detection means 9a-9d exceeds a certain fixed range. That is, the
In addition, the threshold range may be set such that the temperature difference signal has a positive value and a negative value and different absolute values, or the same absolute value may be set. When the same absolute value (threshold value) is set, the absolute value of the temperature difference and the threshold value may be compared.
In addition to the method of using the temperature difference between the set room temperature of the air-conditioned
Moreover, as shown in FIG. 1, the
In step S4, in order to confirm the correction result, it is conceivable to perform a determination process that stops the next correction process until a predetermined period elapses after the correction process. When the air-conditioning operation is started in one or more of the air-conditioned
As described above, the air conditioner according to the present invention is useful for distributing air to a plurality of air-conditioned rooms.
