First Embodiment Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 is a perspective view showing a liquid paper container according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing a laminate constituting the liquid paper container, FIG. 3 is a plan view showing a blank material of the liquid paper container, FIG. FIG. 5 is a diagram showing the operation of the liquid paper container, and FIG. 6 is a diagram showing the manufacturing process of the liquid paper container.
First, a liquid paper container according to the present invention, for example, a gobeltop liquid paper container will be described.
As shown in FIG. 1, such a
As shown in FIG. 1, the
Among these, the
Further, a
In such a gable top type
In this case, a pull ring is attached to the
Such a
Laminate 1A includes an
Further, as shown in FIG. 1, a lower part of the
Further, a
Thus, it is preferable to provide the
Among these, the band-
Thus, when the strip | belt-
The band-
In addition, the
When the
On the other hand, when the
By providing the
In addition, it is preferable to form the
Further, in the laminated body 1A, a printed
By the way, the side edge cut
By the way, the gobeltop
The blank material 10a is obtained by punching the laminated body 1A. The blank 10a corresponds to the
Further, in the blank 10a shown in FIG. 3,
Further, the
The connecting
In the present embodiment, the
Next, the laminate 1A for forming the liquid paper container will be described.
As shown in FIG. 2, the laminated body 1A is composed of an
As described above, the

The ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer, ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer, ethylene-methacrylic acid copolymer, ethylene-methacrylic acid copolymer, and ethylene-maleic acid copolymer all have COOH groups. However, when this bonds with the OH group appearing on the aluminum surface, strong adhesion to aluminum can be obtained.

Below, the manufacturing method of the liquid paper container which concerns on this Embodiment is demonstrated with reference to FIG.

The aqueous composition for forming the adhesion adjusting layer 3 contains water, isopropyl alcohol or the like as an aqueous solvent, and the above-mentioned copolymer is contained in an amount of 5% by mass to 20% by mass as a solid content. preferable. When the resin solid content is less than 5% by mass, it may be difficult to form the adhesion adjusting layer 3 having an appropriate film thickness. On the other hand, when the resin solid content exceeds 20% by mass, the fluidity of the aqueous composition is increased. May be difficult to apply. The coating amount of the aqueous composition may be appropriately set so that the adhesion adjusting layer 3 has a dry weight of 0.25 g /
When the coating amount is less than 0.25 g /
In the production of the laminate 1A described above, the adhesion adjusting layer 3 and the

Second Embodiment Next, the second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
The second embodiment shown in FIG. 7 is provided with an additional band-shaped separator instead of providing the trunk cut line, and other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment shown in FIGS. It is almost the same.

In the second embodiment shown in FIG. 7, the same parts as those in the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 6 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted.

Among these, the 1st strip | belt-shaped

The adhesive strength of the laminate 1A before filling the contents was measured. Specifically, laminates 1A were respectively produced in the same manner as in Examples 1 to 4 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2, and a test piece having a width of 15 mm and a length of 100 mm was cut out from these, and measured from one end of the cut out test piece. The target layer was peeled 50 mm and chucked on both chucks of the Tensilon tensile tester. In a 25 ° C. atmosphere, the film was peeled in the 180 ° direction at a pulling rate of 50 mm / min, and the maximum load was measured. The measurement was performed 5 times, and the results are shown in Table 1 with the arithmetic average as the adhesive strength.
<Evaluation of processability>
It was confirmed whether there was any inconvenience when processing the laminate into a paper container. Specifically, laminates 1A were respectively produced in the same manner as in Examples 1 to 4 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2, and sleeve-like cartons were produced using these. When any laminate 1A was used, no occurrence of wrinkles or floats was observed in the processing steps.
After storing the gable top type paper containers prepared in Examples 1 to 4 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2 at 50 ° C. for 1.5 months (corresponding to 1 year at room temperature), the paper containers were disassembled and described above. The adhesive strength was measured by the same method as the measurement of the adhesive strength. The results are shown in Table 2.
In the DR-10 (DNK) filling machine, the temperature at which the top and bottom portions of the paper container were sealed was changed, and the optimum seal temperature range was measured. The results are shown in Table 3.
From the above, the paper containers of Examples 1 to 4 have the same performance (workability, durability and filling sealability) as those of Comparative Examples 1 and 2, and the paper base layer side after use. And the barrier layer side can be easily separated, and it can be said that it is highly recyclable.
