Description
The present invention relates to a packaging container using a paper-based laminate.
As described in
In Patent Document 2, a peelable pull tab is provided on a side seal of a container body in which both ends of a paper base sheet are overlapped with each other and sealed, and the pull tab is provided through a peeling layer made of an easily peelable tape-like film. A liquid wrapping paper container provided so as to be peelable is disclosed. In this liquid wrapping paper container, the side seal portion is peeled off by pulling the pull tab, or the side plate is cut off by pulling the pull tab provided on the side plate, and the liquid wrapping paper container body is disassembled as a trigger. can do.
However, the liquid wrapping paper container of Patent Document 2 requires an easily peelable tape-like film, and the seal of the body bonding portion may become unstable because of the easily peelable tape-like film. is there.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a packaging container that can be easily disassembled without a tape-shaped film or the like.
One aspect of the present invention for solving the above problems is formed by bending a single laminated body including a base material layer and a film layer into a box shape, overlapping the ends and sealing them, and when standing upright. It is a packaging container having a top portion as an upper portion, a body portion as a side surface, and a bottom portion as a lower portion, and the film layer is a laminated film in which a metal foil is laminated on a base film. A groove-shaped scratched portion is formed, and in the plan view of the laminated body, a film weakened portion that has been subjected to strength weakening processing is formed in a band-shaped region having a predetermined width so as to straddle the scratched portion at least. The film weakened portion is composed of a plurality of scars formed on the base film so as not to penetrate the metal foil, and at least a part of the film weakened portion is in a state where the top and the body are folded. It is a packaging container that breaks by bending the packaging container along the scratched portion .
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a packaging container that can be easily disassembled.
Hereinafter, the packaging container according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the modified example, the description of the same or corresponding elements as those in the embodiment will be omitted as appropriate.

とりわけ密度0.925g/cm3以下、MI(メルトインデックス)4以上のものが好ましい。

(Vulnerable part)
The
