Description
The present invention relates to an electromagnetic induction type non-contact power feeding system, and more particularly to an EV non-contact power feeding system in which positional deviation between a power feeding side coil and a power receiving side coil is likely to occur.
In recent years, an electromagnetic induction type non-contact power feeding system using a coil has been put into practical use as one of charging methods for an electric vehicle (EV). The non-contact power feeding system includes a power feeding device having a power feeding side coil (primary coil) to which a voltage is supplied from an AC power source, and a power receiving side coil that is disposed opposite to the power feeding side coil and is magnetically coupled to the power feeding side coil ( A power receiving device having a secondary coil. In the EV non-contact power feeding system, the power feeding device is installed outside the vehicle (ground), and the power receiving device is installed in the vehicle.
When it is necessary to transmit a large amount of high-frequency electric current as in a contactless power supply system for EVs, for example, a plurality of enamel wires (strands) are twisted together in the primary coil and the secondary coil. A spiral coil obtained by winding a litz wire with a predetermined number of turns on the same plane is used. By configuring the primary coil and the secondary coil with spiral coils, the power feeding device and the power receiving device can be thinned. Further, by using the litz wire, it is possible to suppress an increase in AC resistance due to the skin effect and proximity effect peculiar to high frequencies.
Also, in the electromagnetic induction type non-contact power feeding system, the power transmission efficiency can be increased by utilizing the resonance phenomenon of the coil. In this case, since it is necessary to match the resonance frequency of the power feeding circuit and the resonance frequency of the power receiving circuit, normally, coils having the same dimensions and equivalent inductance are used as the primary coil and the secondary coil.
The more magnetic flux that is linked to both the primary coil and the secondary coil when current is passed through the primary coil, the higher the power transmission efficiency in the non-contact power feeding system. For example, as shown in FIG. 1, when the
However, in practice, it is difficult to stop the vehicle in accordance with the position of the power feeding device so that the
According to the presentation materials, when two circular coils (circular spiral coils) having an outer diameter of 300 to 500 mm and an inner diameter of 200 to 300 mm are combined, the power transmission efficiency is remarkably increased when the positional deviation increases to about 100 mm. It has been reported that it drops and is no longer practical.
Therefore, in the non-contact power supply system, a combination of coils that can ensure a high power transmission efficiency with a large allowable distance (for example, 150 mm or more) with respect to the positional deviation is required. For example,
In
However, in the non-contact power feeding system described in
In the non-contact power feeding system described in
In the non-contact power feeding systems described in
The objective of this invention is providing the non-contact electric power feeding system which can implement | achieve the high electric power transmission using a resonance phenomenon easily while being able to suppress the fall of the electric power transmission efficiency by the position shift of a primary coil and a secondary coil.

The litz wire LW is formed by twisting a plurality of enamel wires (element wires) obtained by baking an insulating film on a conductor. The conductor of the enameled wire is preferably copper or a copper alloy, and aluminum, an aluminum alloy, a clad material of copper and aluminum, or the like can also be applied. In addition, the end of the
As shown in FIG. 6, each litz wire LW has a substantially rectangular cross-sectional shape. The flatness of the cross section of the litz wire LW can be controlled by appropriately setting the coil design including selection of the litz wire LW, winding conditions, and pressurizing conditions. Further, the configuration of the litz wire LW, such as the strand diameter, the number of twists, and the insulating material, is appropriately selected according to the
The
As shown in FIG. 7, when the outer diameter of the
When the inner diameter of the
If the inner diameter ratio (d2 / d1) of the coil is smaller than 1.2, the allowable distance for positional deviation is reduced, and the range in which the reduction in power transmission efficiency can be suppressed is narrowed. If the inner diameter ratio (d2 / d1) of the coil is larger than 2.0, the width that can be wound is reduced when the outer diameter of the
By setting the inner diameter d2 of the
Further, when the inductance of the
Thus, according to the non-contact electric
Since the magnetic flux radiated from the
In the present embodiment, since the inner diameter d2 of the
Conversely, when it is not necessary to enlarge the air gap G, the entire coil can be reduced in inverse proportion. The spiral coil has a drawback that the coil size (outer diameter D) is relatively large, but this can be improved. For example, when the outer diameters D1 and D2 of the
The litz wire coil to be the
The winding
On the
In the first step, the litz wire LW is fed into the winding
When the outer diameter of the litz wire LW is substantially equal to the interval between the
When the outer diameter of the litz wire LW is smaller than the interval between the
In addition, when the outer diameter of the litz wire LW is larger than the interval between the
Thus, when the outer diameter of the litz wire LW is equal to or smaller than the interval between the
In the first step, it is preferable to change the delivery position of the litz wire LW according to the progress of the winding of the litz wire LW. Specifically, the sending position of the litz wire LW can be accurately controlled by using the traverse device.
Since the winding position of the litz wire LW changes as the number of windings increases, there is a possibility that tension is applied to the litz wire LW if the sending position of the litz wire LW is kept. In the present embodiment, since the delivery position of the litz wire LW is changed according to the progress of the winding, the litz wire LW can be reliably fed without tension.
Moreover, it is preferable to arrange | position the adhesion part which temporarily fixes the litz wire LW in the
If a strip-shaped adhesive tape (not shown) used as an adhesive part for temporarily fixing the litz wire LW is wound in the radial direction of the litz wire coil after winding (after pressure forming), the coil The function of maintaining the shape can also be used.
In a state where the litz wire LW has been wound in the first step (winding step), the litz wire LW runout, the gap between the litz wires LW, or the rise of the litz wire LW remains. That is, many defects remain as a coil, and the coil shape is not flat and stable. Therefore, the second step (pressure forming) is performed to finish the litz wire coil into a desired shape.
In the second step, the wound litz wire LW is pressure-formed at a predetermined pressure in the thickness direction by a pressure member (not shown) having an annular shape corresponding to the
The applied pressure in the second step is adjusted according to the required coil accuracy. For example, the unevenness | corrugation and clearance gap between strands can be eliminated because the applied pressure in a 2nd process shall be 0.1 Mpa or more. Moreover, the whole coil can be cleanly planarized by setting it as 0.5 Mpa or more. Furthermore, if it is 5.0 MPa or more, a part of the wires can be plastically deformed to increase the space factor.
In order to maintain the coil shape of the pressure-formed litz wire coil, the litz wire coil is subjected to a predetermined treatment. For example, as described above, a belt-shaped adhesive tape is wound in the radial direction of the coil to fix the coil shape. Further, for example, the Litz wire LW is composed of a self-bonding wire (an enameled wire having a surface layer that develops adhesive force when heated), and at or after pressure forming, at the bonding temperature of the self-bonding wire. Heating may be used to fix the litz wires together.
Further, for example, an adhesive may be applied to the entire litz wire coil to fix the coil shape. In this case, it is preferable to apply a release agent to the winding
As described above, in the present embodiment, the annular

In Examples, a primary coil and a secondary coil were manufactured by the manufacturing method described in the embodiment.
The
