- 配合後の質量平均分子量が50,000〜60,000原子質量単位のポリ(アリーレンエーテル)を45〜70質量%と、
トリブロック共重合体の質量に対するポリスチレン含量が20〜50%で質量平均分子量が少なくとも250,000原子質量単位のポリスチレン−ポリ(エチレン−ブチレン)−ポリスチレントリブロック共重合体を9〜20質量%と、
ホモポリスチレンを5〜45質量%と、
ポリサリチラートを1〜9質量%と、の溶融混練生成物を含む組成物であって、
質量%はすべて前記組成物の合計質量に対するものであり、
ポリ(アリーレンエーテル)とポリスチレン−ポリ(エチレン−ブチレン)−ポリスチレントリブロック共重合体との質量比は6.5以下であることを特徴とする組成物を含み、
太陽熱集熱器として用いられる、多層の異形押出物品。 - 前記ポリ(アリーレンエーテル)の配合前の質量平均分子量は40,000〜50,000原子質量単位であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の異形押出物品。
- 前記組成物の降伏点引張応力は、ISO527に準拠して温度23℃で測定して、少なくとも60MPaであり、
引張弾性率は、ISO527に準拠して温度23℃で測定して、少なくとも2200MPaであり、
曲げ強度は、ISO178に準拠して温度23℃で測定して、少なくとも80MPaであり、
溶融体積流量は、ISO1133に準拠して温度300℃、荷重10kgで測定して、少なくとも20cm3/10分であり、
熱変形温度は、ISO75/Bfに準拠して応力0.45MPaで測定して、少なくとも140℃であり、
ノッチ付アイゾッド衝撃強度は、ISO180/1Aに準拠して温度23℃で測定して、少なくとも18kJ/m2であり、
温度140℃の空気中で2000時間劣化後のノッチ付アイゾッド衝撃強度は、ISO180/1Aに準拠して温度23℃で測定して、少なくとも7kJ/m2であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の異形押出物品。 - 前記組成物は、前記ポリ(アリーレンエーテル)、ポリスチレン−ポリ(エチレン−ブチレン)−ポリスチレントリブロック共重合体、ホモポリスチレンおよびポリサリチラート以外の任意のポリマーを2質量%未満含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の異形押出物品。
- 前記組成物は充填材を含まないことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の異形押出物品。
- 前記組成物は、
配合後の質量平均分子量が53,000〜57,000原子質量単位のポリ(アリーレンエーテル)を55〜65質量%と、
トリブロック共重合体の質量に対するポリスチレン含量が25〜40%で質量平均分子量が250,000〜450,000原子質量単位のポリスチレン−ポリ(エチレン−ブチレン)−ポリスチレントリブロック共重合体を11〜16質量%と、
ホモポリスチレンを15〜25質量%と、
ポリサリチラートを3〜6質量%と、を含み、
ポリ(アリーレンエーテル)とポリスチレン−ポリ(エチレン−ブチレン)−ポリスチレントリブロック共重合体との質量比は3〜5であることを特徴とする溶融混練生成物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載の異形押出物品。 - 前記異形押出物品は多層物品であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれかに記載の異形押出物品。
- 配合後の質量平均分子量が50,000〜60,000原子質量単位のポリ(アリーレンエーテル)を45〜70質量%と、
質量平均分子量が少なくとも250,000原子質量単位のポリスチレン−ポリ(エチレン−ブチレン)−ポリスチレントリブロック共重合体を9〜20質量%と、
ホモポリスチレンを5〜45質量%と、
ポリサリチラートを1〜9質量%と、の溶融混練生成物を含む組成物であって、
質量%はすべて前記組成物の合計質量に対するものであり、
ポリ(アリーレンエーテル)とポリスチレン−ポリ(エチレン−ブチレン)−ポリスチレントリブロック共重合体との質量比は6.5以下であることを特徴とする組成物。 - 前記組成物は、
配合後の質量平均分子量が53,000〜57,000原子質量単位のポリ(アリーレンエーテル)を55〜65質量%と、
トリブロック共重合体の質量に対するポリスチレン含量が25〜40%で質量平均分子量が250,000〜450,000原子質量単位のポリスチレン−ポリ(エチレン−ブチレン)−ポリスチレントリブロック共重合体を11〜16質量%と、
ホモポリスチレンを15〜25質量%と、
ポリサリチラートを3〜6質量%と、を含み、
ポリ(アリーレンエーテル)とポリスチレン−ポリ(エチレン−ブチレン)−ポリスチレントリブロック共重合体との質量比は3〜5であることを特徴とする溶融混練生成物を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の組成物。
