Claims (22)
- 液体薬剤用の吐出装置であって、
−前記薬剤を貯蔵するための容器と、
−前記薬剤を加圧するための圧力発生器(10;110;210)と、
−前記薬剤を吐出するための吐出開口部(44;144;244)と、
−弁座、および開放位置と閉鎖位置との間で前記弁座に対して移動可能な弁体(46;146;246)を有する吐出弁(40;140;240)と、
を有する吐出装置において、
−電動弁作動装置(52、54;152、154;252、254)が設けられ、該電動弁作動装置によって、電動弁制御電流で前記弁体(46;146;246)に力を加えることができ、
−前記圧力発生器(10;110;210)が、容積可変の圧力室(16;116;216)と、前記圧力室の容積を変化させることが可能なポンプアクチュエータ(22、24)とを有する容積式ポンプとして構成され
−前記ポンプアクチュエータが、手動で作動可能なポンプアクチュエータとして構成され、前記ポンプアクチュエータが、好ましくは、ポンプばね手段(128;228)を有し、手動で引っ張ることができ、そして前記ポンプアクチュエータの弛緩中における解放後に前記圧力室(116;216)の容積の減少を行うように構成されていることを特徴とする吐出装置。 - 前記吐出弁に関連する弁室(48;248)内の前記薬剤の流体圧力によって、前記弁体(46;246)を前記弁体の開放位置の方向(4b;204b)に移動させることができるように、前記吐出弁(40;240)が構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吐出装置。

−前記電動ポンプ制御電流によって磁界を形成するように力を加えることができるポンプ作動コイル(24)と、
−前記ポンプ作動コイル(24)に対して移動可能であり、かつ前記磁界により前記ポンプ作動コイル(24)に対して力を加えることができるカウンタ要素(22)とを有し、
−前記ポンプ作動コイル(24)に対して前記カウンタ要素(22)を移動させることにより、前記圧力室容積を変化させることができるように、前記カウンタ要素(22)またはポンプ作動コイル(24)が構成および/または配置されることを特徴とする請求項1又は12に記載の吐出装置。 - ポンプ測定装置(22、26)が設けられ、前記ポンプアクチュエータ(22、24)の状態を決定するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1,12又は13に記載の吐出装置。
- 前記ポンプ測定装置(22、26)が、前記ポンプアクチュエータ(22、24)に関連する構成要素(22)の位置を決定するように構成されたポンプ測定コイル(22)を有し、前記圧力室容積を変化させるように、前記構成要素の位置を変化させることができることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の吐出装置。

- 吐出装置により液体薬剤を吐出するための方法において、
a.圧力室(16;116;216)内において、圧力発生器により前記薬剤に圧力p1が加えられるステップと、
b.薬剤吐出のために、吐出弁(40;140;240)が開放されるステップと、
c.開放時間tの後に、薬剤吐出を終了するために、吐出弁(40;140;240)が電気制御信号によって再び閉鎖されるステップとを含み、
ステップbにおいて、前記圧力p1よりも低い予め設定された薬剤開放圧力p2に達すると、吐出弁(40)が前記開放圧力p2によって直接開放されることを特徴とする方法。 - 吐出装置により液体薬剤を吐出するための方法において、
a.圧力室(16;116;216)内において、圧力発生器により前記薬剤に圧力p1が加えられるステップと、
b.薬剤吐出のために、吐出弁(40;140;240)が開放されるステップと、
c.開放時間tの後に、薬剤吐出を終了するために、吐出弁(40;140;240)が電気制御信号によって再び閉鎖されるステップとを含み、
ある吐出量および/またはあるサイクル数に達するまで、ステップbとcが繰り返され、該繰り返しが、好ましくは、周波数>=20Hz、特に、>=100Hz、特に好ましくは、>=1000Hzで行われることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記開放時間t、さらに好ましくは、前記サイクル数が、前記吐出工程を開始する前に定められることを特徴とする請求項19又は20に記載の方法。
