Claims (8)
- 熱硬化性合成樹脂と、無機繊維と、天然繊維材料全体に前記熱硬化性合成樹脂を含浸させた樹脂含浸繊維材料とを混和することから作られ、前記熱硬化性合成樹脂(前記樹脂含浸繊維材料に含まれる熱硬化性合成樹脂を除く)100重量%に対する前記無機繊維の重量比が、5〜15重量%の範囲にあり、前記熱硬化性合成樹脂(前記樹脂含浸繊維材料に含まれる熱硬化性合成樹脂を除く)100重量%に対する前記樹脂含浸繊維材料の重量比が、100〜150重量%の範囲にあることを特徴とする成型用樹脂組成物。
- 前記樹脂含浸繊維材料では、前記天然繊維材料100重量%に対する熱硬化性合成樹脂の重量比が10〜40重量%の範囲にある請求項1に記載の成型用樹脂組成物。
- 前記樹脂含浸繊維材料では、前記熱硬化性合成樹脂に有機溶剤を加えてその粘度を低下させた状態で該熱硬化性合成樹脂を前記天然繊維材料に含浸させることで、前記天然繊維全体が前記熱硬化性合成樹脂にコーティングされている請求項1または請求項2に記載の成型用樹脂組成物。
- 前記天然繊維材料が、布状と糸状との少なくとも一方の形態を有し、前記布状の天然繊維材料の縦横寸法が、0.5×0.5〜20×20mmの範囲にあり、前記糸状の天然繊維材料の長さ寸法が、0.1〜10mmの範囲にある請求項1ないし請求項3いずれかに記載の成型用樹脂組成物。
- 前記無機繊維の長さ寸法が、1〜20mmの範囲、前記無機繊維のフィラメント径が、6〜13μmの範囲にある請求項1ないし請求項4いずれかに記載の成型用樹脂組成物。
- 前記熱硬化性合成樹脂が、フェノール系の樹脂であり、前記天然繊維材料が、綿糸および綿布の少なくとも一方であり、前記無機繊維が、ガラス繊維である請求項1ないし請求項5いずれかに記載の成型用樹脂組成物。
- 前記成型用樹脂組成物が、水溶性切削油を用いた加工に利用される工具の工具ホルダーの成型材料として使用され、前記成型用樹脂組成物を使用して成型された前記工具ホルダーの寸法変化率が、0.1〜0.2%の範囲にある請求項1ないし請求項6いずれかに記載の成型用樹脂組成物。
- 前記成型用樹脂組成物を使用して成型された前記工具ホルダーの曲げ強さが、100〜130MPaの範囲にあり、前記成型用樹脂組成物を使用して成型された前記工具ホルダーの曲げ弾性率が、11000〜12500MPaの範囲にある請求項7に記載の成型用樹脂組成物。
