Claims (3)
- 外部から供給される交流電圧を、車両用の高圧バッテリを充電するための直流電圧に変換するバッテリ充電部と、
前記バッテリ充電部から出力される直流電圧を、車両用の補機を駆動するための直流電圧に変換する低圧電源生成部と、
前記バッテリ充電部および前記低圧電源生成部を制御する制御手段と、を備え、
前記バッテリ充電部は、前記交流電圧に対して力率の改善を行う力率改善回路と、前記力率改善回路の出力に基づいて所定の直流電圧を生成する第1のDC/DCコンバータとを有し、
前記低圧電源生成部は、前記バッテリ充電部から出力される直流電圧を降圧する第2のDC/DCコンバータと、前記第2のDC/DCコンバータの出力を、当該コンバータのスイッチング動作と同期して整流する同期整流部とを有し、
前記同期整流部は、前記第2のDC/DCコンバータのスイッチング動作と同期してスイッチング動作を行う1対のスイッチング素子と、前記各スイッチング素子にそれぞれ並列接続された1対のダイオードとを有し、
前記制御手段は、
前記高圧バッテリが充電中である場合は、前記第1のDC/DCコンバータ、および前記第2のDC/DCコンバータの制御を実行するとともに、前記同期整流部の制御を停止し、
前記高圧バッテリが充電中でない場合は、前記第2のDC/DCコンバータ、および前記同期整流部の制御を実行するとともに、前記第1のDC/DCコンバータの制御を停止し、
前記同期整流部の制御を停止した場合に、前記1対のダイオードによってダイオード整流が行われることにより、前記第2のDC/DCコンバータから前記各ダイオードを介して、整流された直流電圧が出力されることを特徴とする車両用電源制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両用電源制御装置において、
前記制御手段は、
前記高圧バッテリが充電中である場合に、前記低圧電源生成部の出力電流があらかじめ設定された閾値以下か否かを判定し、
前記出力電流が前記閾値以下であれば、前記同期整流部の制御を停止し、
前記出力電流が前記閾値以下でなければ、前記同期整流部の制御を実行する、ことを特徴とする車両用電源制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両用電源制御装置において、
前記制御手段は、
前記高圧バッテリが充電中でない場合に、車両が起動中か否かを判定し、
車両が起動中であれば、前記第2のDC/DCコンバータ、および前記同期整流部の制御を実行するとともに、前記第1のDC/DCコンバータの制御を停止し、
車両が起動中でなければ、前記第1のDC/DCコンバータ、前記第2のDC/DCコンバータ、および前記同期整流部の制御を停止する、ことを特徴とする車両用電源制御装置。
