Description
図1は第1実施形態の電磁弁の断面図である。図1に示すように、1は装置本体で、装置本体1には収納孔2が形成されており、収納孔2に連接して外部に開口した大径孔4が形成されている。収納孔2にはマスタシリンダ6に接続された第1接続孔8が連通されており、大径孔4にはホイールシリンダ10に接続された第2接続孔12が連通されている。
まず、コイル42を励磁することなく、コイルばね39の付勢力により弁体36を摺動させて、閉鎖部38を弁座28から離間させ、閉鎖部38と弁座28との間隔を開けると、第1流路29と第2流路33とが連通される。

Claims (6)
- 第1流路と第2流路との間にテーパ状の弁座を設けると共に、前記弁座の縮径側を前記第1流路に接続し、前記弁座に対向し先端に向かって縮径する閉鎖部を有する弁体を摺動させて、前記閉鎖部の前記弁座への着離により前記第1流路と前記第2流路とを連通・遮断可能な電磁弁において、
前記閉鎖部に前記閉鎖部を窪ませた溝を流体の流れ方向に対向して形成したことを特徴とする電磁弁。 - 前記弁体はコイルへの通電による電磁力により、前記弁座への着座方向の作用力を受けると共に、ばねの付勢力により前記弁座からの離間方向の作用力を受けることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記閉鎖部は半球状に形成され、前記弁座に着座した前記閉鎖部の前記弁座と前記閉鎖部との接触部よりも前記第1流路側に前記溝を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2のいずれかに記載の電磁弁。
- 前記溝は前記閉鎖部に周方向全周にわたって形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載の電磁弁。
- 前記溝を前記閉鎖部に複数形成したことを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載の電磁弁。
- 前記閉鎖部は円錐状の先端部と、球状の後端部との間に形成した前記溝を有し、かつ、前記先端部を延長した仮想円錐面と前記後端部の球状面とが接することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2のいずれかに記載の電磁弁。
