Claims (4)
- 検出素子を合成樹脂製のケースに内蔵すると共に、該ケースに設けられた環状凹部にOリングが嵌め込まれているセンサ装置において、
前記ケースとは別体成形されたOリング嵌着環体が前記ケースにインサート成形されている一方、前記ケースの外面に露呈された前記Oリング嵌着環体の外周面によって前記環状凹部の底面が構成されている
ことを特徴とするセンサ装置。 - 前記Oリング嵌着環体の前記外周面が、全周に亘って平滑な面とされている請求項1に記載のセンサ装置。
- 前記Oリング嵌着環体の軸方向両端部のうち、前記検出素子から離隔配設された一端部には、軸直方向外方に広がるフランジ部が一体形成されており、該フランジ部が部分的に前記ケースの外面に露呈されることにより、前記フランジ部によって環状凹部の側面が構成されている請求項1又は2に記載のセンサ装置。
- 前記Oリング嵌着環体における前記ケースの樹脂材料との対向面には、前記ケースへのインサート成形において該ケースの樹脂材料に溶着される溶着リブが形成されている請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のセンサ装置。
