Description
封管中の重水(D2O 。以下、同じ。):2mLに対して、n−ドデカン:0.5mmol(85.17mg)と、5%Rh/C触媒:17.03mgとを添加し、懸濁せしめた。次いで、封管内を水素ガスで充填(水素ガス圧:1atm)した後、かかる封管を、密封した状態で、160℃で12時間、内部を攪拌しながら加熱した。加熱終了の後、エーテルを加えて生成物を溶解し、メンブランフィルターにて触媒を濾別した。得られた濾液を、水とエーテルとで抽出し、そのエーテル層を飽和食塩水で洗浄し、無水硫酸マグネシウムで乾燥せしめた後、溶媒を減圧留去することにより、生成物を得た。得られた生成物においては、分子内への重水素の導入が認められ、また、分子内の両端部(メチル基の部分)における重水素化率は91%、中間部(10個のメチレン基が直鎖状に結合している部分)における重水素化率は90%であった。得られた生成物分子内の両端部における重水素化率を「両端部における重水素化率」とし、また、分子内の中間部における重水素化率を「中間部における重水素化率」として、下記表1に示す。
加熱時間を24時間とした以外は上記実施例1と同様の条件、及び手法に従い、生成物を得た。得られた生成物においては、分子内への重水素の導入が認められ、また、分子内の両端部(メチル基の部分)における重水素化率は96%、中間部(10個のメチレン基が直鎖状に結合している部分)における重水素化率は92%であった。
封管中の重水:2mLに対して、n−オクタコサン:0.25mmol(98.69mg)と、5%Rh/C触媒:19.74mgとを添加し、懸濁せしめた。次いで、封管内を水素ガスで充填(水素ガス圧:1atm)した後、かかる封管を、密封した状態で、160℃で3時間、内部を攪拌しながら加熱した。その後、実施例1と同様の手法に従い、触媒を濾別等することにより、生成物を得た。得られた生成物においては、分子内への重水素の導入が認められ、また、分子内の両端部(メチル基の部分)における重水素化率は96%、中間部(26個のメチレン基が直鎖状に結合している部分)における重水素化率は92%であった。
封管中の重水:2mLに対して、2−メチルウンデカン:0.5mmol(85.17mg)と、5%Rh/C触媒:17.03mgとを添加し、懸濁せしめた。次いで、封管内を水素ガスで充填(水素ガス圧:1atm)した後、かかる封管を、密封した状態で、160℃で12時間、内部を攪拌しながら加熱した。その後、実施例1と同様の手法に従い、触媒を濾別等することにより、生成物を得た。得られた生成物においては、分子内への重水素の導入が認められた。また、得られた生成物の重水素化率は、下記構造式中のa部、d部及びe部において97%、b部及びc部において98%であった。なお、下記構造式においては、便宜上、水素原子は全てHで表示している。
封管中の重水:2mLに対して、シクロペンタデカン:0.25mmol(52.6mg)と、5%Rh/C触媒:10.52mgとを添加し、懸濁せしめた。次いで、封管内を水素ガスで充填(水素ガス圧:1atm)した後、かかる封管を、密封した状態で、160℃で14時間、内部を攪拌しながら加熱した。その後、実験例1と同様の手法に従い、触媒を濾別等することにより、生成物を得た。得られた生成物においては、分子内への重水素の導入が認められ、また、重水素化率は79%であった。
下記表1に示す各触媒を、下記表1に示す量にて使用した以外は実施例1と同様の条件、及び手法に従い、生成物を得た。得られた生成物についての「両端部における重水素化率」及び「中間部における重水素化率」を、下記表1に併せて示す。
Claims (6)
- 重水及び/又は重水素化された溶媒にアルカン及び不均一系ロジウム触媒を添加してなる懸濁液を、水素ガス及び/又は水素同位体ガス雰囲気の密閉系において、加熱することを特徴とするアルカンの重水素化方法。
- 前記加熱が100〜200℃の温度範囲内において実施される請求項1に記載のアルカンの重水素化方法。
- 前記不均一系ロジウム触媒が、担体に担持されたものである請求項1又は請求項2に記載のアルカンの重水素化方法。
- 前記担体が、炭素材料よりなるものである請求項3に記載のアルカンの重水素化方法。
- 前記不均一系ロジウム触媒がRh/C触媒である請求項1乃至請求項4の何れか1項に記載のアルカンの重水素化方法。
- アルカンが炭素数5〜30のものである、請求項1乃至請求項5の何れか1項に記載のアルカンの重水素化方法。
