Description
−前記ガスの液化相GLを下部に収容し、気相Ggを上部に収容する容器と、
−前記ガスの気相Ggを抜き出すためのシステムと、
−使用時にガスの一定圧力を維持するように設計された加熱システムと
を具備し、
加熱システムは、容器の表面Sに作り付けられた回路内での熱流体Fの循環からなることを特徴とするデバイスである。
上に定義したデバイスは、前記回路が容器の外面S上にチューブを有することを特徴とする。好ましくは、このチューブは容器の外面に溶接されている。
工程a):例えばアルミニウム又はPVC製の堅い漏れのない覆いを容器2の外側に50mmと200mmの間の距離で取り付ける。
工程a):厚さが50mmと200mmの間にある断熱材料、例えば固体ポリウレタンのシートを容器2の外側に貼り付ける。
Claims (2)
- 加圧高純度液化ガスを貯蔵し、貯蔵されている前記ガスの気相(Gg)が1kg/h以上の流量で抜き出されるデバイスであって、
−前記ガスの液化相(GL)を下部(3)に収容し、前記ガスの気相(Gg)を上部(4)に収容するステンレス鋼製の容器(2)と、
−前記ガスの気相(Gg)を、前記容器(2)内から抜き出すためのシステム(5)と、
−前記ガスの気相(Gg)の前記容器(2)内での圧力を計測する圧力センサ(11)と、
−前記容器(2)内に設けられ、前記ガスの液化相(GL)の前記容器(2)内でのレベルを計測する液体レベルインジケータ(8)と、
−前記容器(2)の外面(S)の下部4分の1を覆った状態で、前記容器(2)の表面に作り付けられ、温度が50℃以下である熱流体(F)を循環させるステンレス鋼製のチューブ(7)を有する加熱システム(6)と、
−前記圧力センサ(11)が計測する前記容器(2)内の前記ガスの気相(Gg)の圧力に従って、前記加熱システム(6)内を循環する前記熱流体(F)の流量を調節し、前記システム(5)を介して前記ガスを抜き出すときの前記ガスの気相(Gg)の圧力を、前記容器(2)の下流に設けられた配管内で、前記ガスが凝縮しない圧力に維持し、かつ前記液体レベルインジケータ(8)が計測した前記ガスの液化相(GL)のレベルが、最初に前記容器(2)内に貯蔵されていた前記ガスの液化相(GL)の量の10%未満になったとき前記熱流体(F)の循環を停止する調整手段(9)と、
−前記加熱システム(6)の少なくとも一部を覆う断熱システム(10)と、
を具備したことを特徴とするデバイス。 - 前記加圧高純度液化ガスは、アンモニアであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデバイス。
