Claims (3)
- センサであって検知結果の中の情報も符号化するものをエンコーダ/センサとし、エンコーダ/センサに関連する領域を符号化/検知領域として、
符号化/検知領域内の物体に応答して、物体に関する符号化された検知結果を制御回路要素に供給するエンコーダ/センサと、
トリガ検出領域内の複数セットの識別可能な物体のそれぞれに応答してトリガ信号を供給するトリガ検出器と、
前記複数の識別可能な物体の1つの、前記トリガ検出領域内への相対運動、前記トリガ検出領域内への相対運動の後の前記トリガ検出領域から前記符号化/検知領域内への相対運動、および前記符号化/検知領域内の相対運動をもたらす相対運動要素と、
制御回路要素であって、
前記1つの物体のトリガ信号に応答して、符号化/検知領域内の前記物体の相対運動に起因する情報を有する少なくとも1つの時変波形を示すそれぞれの符号化された検知結果を前記エンコーダ/センサが得るように、前記エンコーダ/センサの動作および前記物体の相対運動の少なくとも1つを制御する制御信号を供給する制御回路または、
前記1つの物体のトリガ信号に応答して、前記符号化された検知結果から、前記符号化/検知領域内の前記物体の相対運動に起因する情報を有する少なくとも1つの時変波形を示すデータを得る処理回路の少なくとも1つを含む制御回路要素と、
を備える、装置。 - センサであって検知結果の中の情報も符号化するものをエンコーダ/センサとし、エンコーダ/センサに関連する領域を符号化/検知領域として、トリガ検出器およびエンコーダ/センサを使用する方法であって、
識別可能な物体の、トリガ検出領域内への相対運動、トリガ検出領域内への相対運動の後の前記トリガ検出領域から符号化/検知領域内への相対運動、および前記符号化/検知領域内の相対運動をもたらすステップと、
前記相対運動中に、
前記物体が前記トリガ検出器に関連する前記トリガ検出領域内にあるとき、トリガ検出器を操作してトリガ信号を供給するステップと、
前記物体が前記エンコーダ/センサに関連する前記符号化/検知領域内にあるとき、前記エンコーダ/センサを操作して検知結果を得るステップと、
前記トリガ信号に応答して、
前記エンコーダ/センサが、物体の符号化/検知領域内の相対運動に起因する情報を有する少なくとも1つの時変波形を示すそれぞれの符号化された検知結果を得るように、前記符号化/検知領域内で前記エンコーダ/センサの動作および前記物体の相対運動の少なくとも1つを制御すること、および
前記検知結果から、前記符号化/検知領域内の前記物体の相対運動に起因する情報を有する少なくとも1つの時変波形を示すデータを得ること
のうち少なくとも1つを実行するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 請求項1に記載の装置であって、
前記装置の動作中にチャンネル内で物体が長手方向の相対運動を有することができる前記チャンネルを含む流体構造を備える、装置。
