Claims (3)
- 流路内に被検体を通しながら励起装置を稼働させ励起エネルギ域内スペクトラムを有する励起光を浴びせることでその被検体を発光させる方法であって、
流路を構成する個々の流路区画における励起光スペクトラムを励起エネルギ域全域に亘り最高強度又は最低強度を呈している状態でなく、励起エネルギ域全域に亘りすべての波長の光が同じ強度を呈している状態でない励起エネルギ域内ノンバイナリスペクトラムとし、且つ
同じ励起エネルギ域内の別々の小範囲で発光するよう或いはその間の遷移が非干渉的になるよう、それら流路区画のうち少なくとも2個の間で励起光のスペクトラムを変えることにより、
流路内移動につれ被検体発光が経時変化するよう流路区画単位で励起光のスペクトラムを変化させつつ被検体を発光させる励起装置使用方法。 - 本装置稼働中に複数個の被検体を各々通せるよう流路母材上に形成された流路と、励起エネルギ域内スペクトラムを有する励起光を流路内被検体に浴びせて発光させる励起装置を有する符号化部材と、を備える装置であって、
流路を構成する個々の流路区画における励起光のスペクトラムを励起エネルギ域全域に亘り最高強度又は最低強度を呈している状態でなく、励起エネルギ域全域に亘りすべての波長の光が同じ強度を呈している状態でない励起エネルギ域内ノンバイナリスペクトラムとし、且つ
同じ励起エネルギ域内の別々の小範囲で発光するよう或いはその間の遷移が非干渉的になるよう、それら流路区画のうち少なくとも2個の間で励起光のスペクトラムを変えることにより、
流路内移動につれ被検体発光が経時変化するよう流路区画単位で励起光のスペクトラムを変化させつつ各被検体を発光させる装置。 - 本装置稼働中に複数個の被検体を各々通せるよう流路母材上に形成された流路と、符号化部材と、を備える装置であって、
その符号化部材が、
励起エネルギ域全域に亘り最高強度又は最低強度を呈している状態でなく、励起エネルギ域全域に亘りすべての波長の光が同じ強度を呈している状態でない励起エネルギ域内ノンバイナリスペクトラムを有する励起光を発生させ被検体に浴びせて発光させる励起光源であって励起光のスペクトラムを少なくとも二通りに切り替えうる励起光源と、
励起光照射区画より上流で被検体の流路内通過を検知してトリガ信号を発生させるトリガ検知器と、
励起光照射区画を通過中の被検体に照射される励起光が経時変化するようそのスペクトラムを経時的に切り替えつつ励起光を照射する動作を、トリガ信号に応じ励起光源に行わせる回路と、
を有する装置。
