バイパス管の開放時に、パージ用エアを反応部に吹き込む吸気管を有し、触媒ユニット近傍の排ガスを反応部から排出するパージ用エア供給装置を設け、
過給機のコンプレッサ部吐出口から、中間空気冷却器を介して冷却された燃焼用空気が供給されるとともに、レシプロエンジンに燃焼用空気を供給する掃気レシーバタンクを設け、
前記吸気管を前記掃気レシーバタンクに接続して、前記燃焼用空気の一部を前記パージ用エアとして取り出すとともに、前記排気レシーバタンク内に設けられたパージ用エア加熱器により前記パージ用エアを加熱するように構成されたものである。
[実施例1]
たとえば舶用ディーゼルエンジンの排ガス脱硝設備は、図1に示すように、ディーゼルエンジン10の燃焼室から排出される排ガスを脱硝処理するものである。11は脱硝反応容器、12はディーゼルエンジン10から排出される排ガスにより駆動される過給機、13は、過給機12から圧縮された燃焼用空気を一旦貯留して、ディーゼルエンジン10の燃焼室に供給する掃気レシーバタンクである。
蒸発室23に形成された未処理ガス出口27と、過給機12のタービン部12Tの給気口12Tiとの間に、バイパス管42が接続されている。そして、バイパス管42の入口側に、バタフライ弁からなる排ガス切換弁44が設けられている。また反応室25の一端側に設けられた脱硝ガス出口29と、バイパス管42の出口側との間に、脱硝ガス排出管41が接続されている。この脱硝ガス排出管41の出口近傍に、バタフライ弁からなる脱硝ガス出口弁(ガス遮断弁)43が設けられて、脱硝ガス排出管41を閉鎖可能に構成している。したがって、ディーゼルエンジン10の燃焼室から排出された未処理排ガスまたは脱硝排ガスは、脱硝反応容器11から脱硝ガス排出管41、またはバイパス管42を介して給気口12Tiに導入され、タービン部12Tの羽根車を回転駆動した後、排気口12Toから排気煙突を介して排出される。
(パージ用エア供給装置)
本発明に係るパージ用エア供給装置51は、排ガスを反応室25に導入せず、バイパス管42から直接、過給機12に排ガスを導入する時に、反応室25の触媒ユニット28にパージ用エアを吹き込むことで、反応室25の雰囲気を、SO3露点温度以上または乾燥状態に保持して、硫酸結露の発生を防止するものである。ここで、この排ガスのSO3露点温度は、水分濃度:5〜6vol%、SO3濃度:10〜40ppm、120〜140℃である。
実施例1では、掃気レシーバタンク13内の燃焼用空気の一部を、パージ用エアとして使用したが、実施例2では、このパージ用エアを加熱して使用するものである。なお、実施例1と同一部材には同一符号を付して説明を省略する。
上記実施例1および実施例2では、掃気レシーバタンク13の燃焼用空気の一部を、パージ用エアとして取り出したが、この実施例3では、過給機12のコンプレッサ部12Cのタービンで圧縮された燃焼用空気の一部を取り出すものである。なお、実施例1と同一部材には同一符号を付して説明を省略する。
上記実施例1乃至3では、脱硝反応容器11内に、排気レシーバタンク24、蒸発室23、反応室25を一体に収容した排ガス脱硝設備について説明したが、実施例4乃至6では、排ガス脱硝設備における排気レシーバタンク、蒸発室、反応室がそれぞれ独立して設置されたものである。図4を参照して説明する。なお、実施例1と同一部材には同一符号を付して説明を省略する。
[実施例5]
実施例5は、図4に示した独立容器構造において、パージ用エアを加熱するパージ用エア加熱器56を、排ガスレシーバタンク61に設置したもので、図5を参照して説明する。なお、実施例2,4と同一部材には同一符号を付して説明を省略する。
[実施例6]
実施例6は、図4に示した独立容器構造において、過給機吐出管49に図3に示すエア取出ポート55を形成して、燃焼用空気の一部をパージ用エアとして取り出したもので、図6を参照して説明する。なお、実施例3,4と同一部材には同一符号を付して説明を省略する。
上記実施例1乃至6では、ディーゼルエンジン10は、ガソリンエンジンやガスエンジンであってもよい。

Claims (2)
- レシプロエンジンから排気レシーバタンクを介して排出された排ガス中に還元剤を吹き込む蒸発部と、還元剤が吹き込まれた排ガスを触媒ユニットに接触させて、過給機のタービン側に送り出す反応部と、レシプロエンジンから排出された排ガスを、直接過給機のタービン側に供給する開閉可能なバイパス管とを具備したレシプロエンジン用排ガス脱硝設備であって、
バイパス管の開放時に、パージ用エアを反応部に吹き込む吸気管を有し、触媒ユニット近傍の排ガスを反応部から排出するパージ用エア供給装置を設け、
