Description
工程a)において、
透明なまたは不透明な基板が、α−オレフィン−酢酸ビニルコポリマーの全重量に基づいて25重量%以上の酢酸ビニル含有量を有する少なくとも1種のα−オレフィン−酢酸ビニルコポリマーから構成された埋封材料を積層されて構成材をもたらし、
第2の工程b)において、
工程a)において透明な基板から製造された構成材および工程a)において不透明な基板から製造された構成材が透明な構成材と不透明な構成材との間に配置された少なくとも1つの太陽電池を積層されて太陽電池モジュールをもたらす。
i)完成太陽電池モジュールにおいて太陽に対向する面である前面と、裏面とを有する透明な基板Aと、透明な基板の裏面に適用された透明なポリマー層Bとからなる構成材(W)、
ii)透明なポリマー層BとB’との間に位置決めされた1つまたは複数の太陽電池C、
iii)完成太陽電池モジュールにおいて透明なポリマー層B’よって太陽電池Cに接着されている不透明な基板Dからなる構成材(V)

B 少なくとも1種のα−オレフィン−酢酸ビニルコポリマーおよび場合によりさらなる添加剤、好ましくはエチレン−酢酸ビニルコポリマー、より好ましくは、Lanxess Deutschland GmbH製の名称Levamelt(登録商標)のエチレン−酢酸ビニルコポリマーから形成された透明なポリマー材料
C 太陽電池
構成材(V)
B 少なくとも1種のα−オレフィン−酢酸ビニルコポリマーおよび場合によりさらなる添加剤、好ましくはエチレン−酢酸ビニルコポリマー、好ましくは、Lanxess Deutschland GmbH製の名称Levamelt(登録商標)のエチレン−酢酸ビニルコポリマーから形成された透明なポリマー材料

Claims (9)
- 工程a)において、
透明なまたは不透明な基板が、α−オレフィン−酢酸ビニルコポリマーの全重量に基づいて50重量%以上の酢酸ビニル含有量を有する少なくとも1種のα−オレフィン−酢酸ビニルコポリマーから構成された埋封材料を積層されて構成材をもたらし、
第2の工程b)において、
工程a)において透明な基板から製造された構成材および工程a)において不透明な基板から製造された構成材が、前記透明な構成材と前記不透明な構成材との間に配置された少なくとも1つの太陽電池を積層されて太陽電池モジュールをもたらし、
前記α−オレフィン−酢酸ビニルコポリマーが、α−エチレン酢酸ビニルコポリマーであり、
工程a)においてまたは/および工程b)における積層が140℃〜220℃の温度で行なわれることを特徴とする、太陽電池モジュールを製造するための方法。 - 前記埋封材料が少なくとも1種の添加剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記埋封材料が、前記埋封材料の全重量に基づいてα−オレフィン−酢酸ビニルコポリマーを90重量%〜100重量%および添加剤を10〜0重量%を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の太陽電池モジュールを製造するための方法。
- 前記埋封材料が、前記埋封材料の全重量に基づいて添加剤を0重量%〜20重量%を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の太陽電池モジュールを製造するための方法。
- 前記添加剤が、過酸化物、光安定剤、シラン、老化安定剤、ベンゾフェノン、トリアリルシアヌレートまたはトリアリルイソシアヌレートの群から、またはこれらの添加剤の混合物から、選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の太陽電池モジュールを製造するための方法。
- 使用された前記透明な基板がガラス、ポリフッ化ビニルポリマー積層体またはポリエチレンテレフタレート、もしくはこれらの材料の混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の太陽電池モジュールを製造するための方法。
- 使用された前記不透明な基板がポリエステル、ポリフッ化ビニリデンまたはポリエチレンテレフタレート、もしくはこれらの材料の混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の太陽電池モジュールを製造するための方法。
- 請求項1の工程a)の積層後の埋封材料が、基板上に200μm〜500μmの厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の太陽電池モジュールを製造するための方法。
- 工程a)においてまたは/および工程b)における積層が160℃〜180℃の温度で行なわれることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の太陽電池モジュールを製造するための方法。
