Description
[実施例1 無機塩を用いたYBO3:Eu3+ナノ蛍光体粒子の製造]
Y(NO3)3・6H2O 3.830g、Eu(NO3)3・5H2O 0.428g、H3BO3 1.210g及び尿素6.0gをジエチレングリコール200ml中に添加して攪拌することにより溶液を得た。この溶液に、約200℃の温度で加熱しながら大気圧下で800Wのマイクロ波を10〜15分照射した。これにより蛍光体前駆体を得た。この蛍光体前駆体をろ過し、水で洗浄して乾燥させた。
[実施例2 無機塩及び界面活性剤を用いたYBO3:Eu3+ナノ蛍光体粒子の製造]
蛍光体前駆体の合成の際、ジエチレングリコールの溶媒に界面活性剤としてクエン酸(Sigma−Aldrich社製)0.19gをさらに添加したことを除いては、実施例1と同様の方法を用いて、YBO3:Eu3+ナノ蛍光体粒子を得た。
[比較例1 無機塩を使用しないYBO3:Eu3+ナノ蛍光体粒子の製造]
YBO3:Eu3+蛍光体粒子の合成の際、蛍光体前駆体をMgSO4飽和水溶液に浸漬させて攪拌する工程を行わないことを除いては、実施例1と同様の方法を用いて、YBO3:Eu3+蛍光体粒子を得た。
[産業上の利用可能性]
本発明は、ナノ蛍光体関連の技術分野に好適に用いられる。
Claims (9)
- 蛍光体出発物質を溶媒中に溶解させた溶液に、沈殿剤を添加して蛍光体前駆体を沈殿させることによって蛍光体前駆体を得る第1の工程と、
前記蛍光体前駆体を無機塩で処理する第2の工程と、
前記無機塩で処理された蛍光体前駆体を熱処理してナノ蛍光体粒子を製造する第3の工程と、を含むナノ蛍光体粒子の製造方法であって、
前記蛍光体出発物質は、イットリウム(Y)源化合物及びホウ素(B)源化合物を含み、
前記イットリウム(Y)源化合物は、
ML 3 [Mは、Y、および必要に応じてEuであり;Lは、Cl、Br、NO 3 、OCH 3 、OC 2 H 5 、OC 3 H 7 、OC 4 H 9 及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つである]で表される化合物であり、
前記ホウ素(B)源化合物は、
H 3 BO 3 、水素化ホウ素、有機ホウ素化合物、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つであり、
前記溶媒は、脂肪族ジオール、脂肪族トリオール及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つであり、
前記沈殿剤は、尿素、アンモニア、又はヒドラジンであり、
前記無機塩は、NaBO 2 、LiBO 2 、KBO 2 、MgSO 4 、Li 2 SO 4 、Na 2 SO 4 、K 2 SO 4 、MgCl 2 、CaCl 2 、SrCl 2 、BaCl 2 、Li 2 CO 3 、Na 2 CO 3 、K 2 CO 3 、Rb 2 CO 3 、LiCl、NaCl、KCl、RbCl、CsCl及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つである、ナノ蛍光体粒子の製造方法。 - 前記第1の工程を、加熱下で行う、請求項1に記載のナノ蛍光体粒子の製造方法。
- 前記加熱を、マイクロ波の照射により行う、請求項2に記載のナノ蛍光体粒子の製造方法。
- 前記第1の工程において、界面活性剤をさらに添加する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のナノ蛍光体粒子の製造方法。
- 前記界面活性剤は、クエン酸、酢酸、酢酸ナトリウム、酢酸アンモニウム、オレイン酸、オレイン酸ナトリウム、オレイン酸アンモニウム、コハク酸アンモニウム、ポリアクリレート、グリシン、アシルグルタミン酸塩及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つである、請求項4に記載のナノ蛍光体粒子の製造方法。
- 前記第2の工程は、蛍光体前駆体と無機塩とを混合する工程である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のナノ蛍光体粒子の製造方法。
- 前記無機塩は、飽和水溶液の形態である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のナノ蛍光体粒子の製造方法。
- 前記第3の工程の後に、無機塩を除去する第4の工程をさらに含む請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のナノ蛍光体粒子の製造方法。
- 第3工程において製造される前記ナノ蛍光体粒子は、YBO3系ナノ蛍光体粒子である、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のナノ蛍光体粒子の製造方法。
