Description
瓶詰め工場における環境空間中のコンタミネーションの制御は1990年代の初頭の“クリーンルーム”、すなわち機械(例えばブロー機や充填機)が内側に設置されたコンタミネーションが制御された部屋の採用から始まった。
Claims (13)
- プラスチック素材のパリソンから得られる容器(2)を成形するための成形機(4)と、前記成形機(4)の駆動部(5)と、を備える成形ステーション(3)を有する製造装置(1)であって、
前記成形機(4)の隔離装置(6)を有し、
前記隔離装置(6)が、前記成形機(4)を収納するためのコンタミネーションが制御された環境空間(7)を備え、
前記駆動部(5)は前記環境空間(7)の外側に配置され、
前記隔離装置(6)が、前記成形機(4)と一体となった可動部分(6a)と固定部分(6b)とを有し、
前記隔離装置(6)の前記可動部分(6a)と前記固定部分(6b)の間には複数の密封部材(10)が配置される製造装置(1)。 - 前記環境空間(7)に対して部分的に内側に配置されるとともに、前記環境空間(7)に対して部分的に外側に配置される管状体(13)を備え、
前記管状体(13)は前記駆動部(5)の通過に適した管状の孔を備える請求項1に記載の製造装置(1)。 - 前記駆動部(5)は前記成形機(4)に固定された型(11)を開けたり、または閉めたりするための駆動部品(12)を含む請求項2に記載の製造装置(1)。
- それぞれの型(11)は、前記型(11)の閉鎖位置と開放位置の間で互いに相対移動が可能な2つのハーフポーション(14)と、
前記容器(2)の底を形成するために、前記ハーフポーション(14)と連携する底部要素(25)と、
前記型(11)が閉鎖位置にあるとき、ロック配置と解除配置の間で動くことが可能な固定手段(15)と、
を有する請求項3に記載の製造装置(1)。 - 前記隔離装置(6)の少なくとも1の入口(16)を通って入ったガス状流体(7)は前記コンタミネーションが制御された環境空間を通って流れ、前記隔離装置(6)の少なくとも1の出口17を通って排出され、
前記隔離装置(6)の前記少なくとも1の入口(16)と前記少なくとも1の出口(17)は、流体を所定の圧力に保つため、所定の相互の比率にしたがって、調整される請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の製造装置(1)。 - 前記隔離装置(6)は、前記ガス状流体を濾過するために、前記少なくとも1の入口(16)に適したフィルターを備える請求項5に記載の製造装置(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1の密封部材(10)がスライディングコンタクトタイプまたはメカニカルラビリンスタイプである請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の製造装置(1)。
- 前記隔離装置(6)が、前記コンタミネーションが制御された環境空間のクリーニングまたは消毒に使われる液体を集めるためのセクション(18)を備えている請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の製造装置(1)。
- 前記隔離装置(6)は、1以上のアクセスポイント(19a)を有する少なくとも1のサービスセクション(19)を備え、
前記アクセスポイント(19a)は前記コンタミネーションが制御された環境空間(7)の内側で、調整を行い、メンテナンスを行い、またはサイズ変更操作を行うことを可能にする緊密な保護がされている請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の製造装置(1)。 - 前記隔離装置(6)は、調整、メンテナンスまたはサイズ変更操作に必要な道具を収納するための収納セクションを少なくとも1つは備える請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の製造装置(1)。
- 前記隔離装置(6)は、前記環境空間(7)のモニタリングと微生物の採取とに適した設備を収納するための少なくとも1の収納セクションを備える請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の製造装置(1)。
- 前記成形機(4)は円形コンベヤー(20)のタイプである請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の製造装置(1)。
- さらに、前記容器(2)へのパリソン供給セクション(23)と前記容器(2)の放出セクションとを備え、
処理されたパリソンを受け取るために、前記供給セクション(23)はパリソンを処理するためのセクション(21)と接続可能であり、
前記容器(2)を移動するために、前記放出セクション(24)は前記容器(2)の充填のためのステーション(22)と接続可能な請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の製造装置(1)。
