Claims (6)
- 有機性廃棄物をメタン発酵槽内でメタン発酵させることにより得られる消化ガスを一時的にガスホルダに貯留し、該消化ガスを蒸気ボイラで燃焼させて蒸気に変換し、蒸気アキュームレータに貯留した後、該蒸気を蒸気消費設備に供給する有機性廃棄物エネルギーの利用方法であって、
前記メタン発酵槽内への有機性廃棄物の供給及び前記消化ガスの前記蒸気ボイラへの供給は、一日中連続的に行われるようになっており、
前記蒸気消費設備の稼動時間帯は、昼間半日以内となっており、
前記蒸気アキュームレータの容量は、前記蒸気消費設備の稼動時間帯以外に前記メタン発酵槽で発生した消化ガスを前記蒸気ボイラで燃焼させて発生した蒸気の全量を貯留可能な容量となっており、
前記蒸気ボイラからの蒸気を前記蒸気アキュームレータに1.5MPa以上の蒸気圧で貯留し、
前記蒸気消費設備の稼動時間帯に前記蒸気アキュームレータに貯留している蒸気を前記蒸気消費設備に供給することを特徴とする有機性廃棄物エネルギーの利用方法。 - 有機性廃棄物をメタン発酵させるメタン発酵槽と、前記メタン発酵槽内に前記有機性廃棄物を供給する有機性廃棄物供給手段と、前記メタン発酵槽で発生した消化ガスを一時的に貯留するガスホルダと、該消化ガスを燃焼させて蒸気を得る蒸気ボイラと、前記蒸気ボイラからの蒸気を貯留する蒸気アキュームレータと、前記蒸気アキュームレータに貯留した前記蒸気を蒸気消費設備に供給する蒸気供給手段とを備えた有機性廃棄物エネルギーの利用装置であって、
前記メタン発酵槽内への有機性廃棄物の供給及び前記消化ガスの前記蒸気ボイラへの供給は、一日中連続的に行われるようになっており、
前記蒸気消費設備の稼動時間帯は、昼間半日以内となっており、
前記蒸気アキュームレータの容量は、前記蒸気消費設備の稼動時間帯以外に前記メタン発酵槽で発生した消化ガスを前記蒸気ボイラで燃焼させて発生した蒸気の全量を貯留可能な容量となっており、
前記蒸気ボイラは、発生する蒸気を前記蒸気アキュームレータに1.5MPa以上の蒸気圧で貯留するようになっており、
前記蒸気供給手段は、前記蒸気消費設備の稼動時間帯に前記蒸気アキュームレータから前記蒸気消費設備に蒸気を供給するようになっていることを特徴とする有機性廃棄物エネルギーの利用装置。 - 請求項2に記載の有機性廃棄物エネルギーの利用装置において、
前記蒸気消費設備は、前記蒸気アキュームレータが配置された建屋内又は前記蒸気アキュームレータの近傍に設置されていることを特徴とする有機性廃棄物エネルギーの利用装置。 - 請求項2又は3に記載の有機性廃棄物エネルギーの利用装置を備え、
前記メタン発酵槽内でメタン発酵した有機性廃棄物の残渣を処理するメタン発酵残渣処理装置を備えたことを特徴とする有機性廃棄物処理装置。 - 請求項4に記載の有機性廃棄物処理装置において、
当該有機性廃棄物処理装置内の廃水を処理する廃水処理装置を備えたことを特徴とする有機性廃棄物処理装置。 - 請求項4又は5に記載の有機性廃棄物処理装置において、
当該有機性廃棄物処理装置の各部から排出される臭気を含む排気を脱臭する脱臭装置を備えたことを特徴とする有機性廃棄物処理装置。
