Description
The present invention relates to the production how the protective sheet for a solar cell module used as a surface protection sheet or the back surface protective sheet for a solar cell module.
In recent years, awareness of environmental issues such as air pollution and global warming has increased, and the use of solar cells as a clean energy source capable of generating electricity without emitting carbon dioxide has attracted attention.

In order to provide the
Generally, as a protective sheet for a solar cell module, a sheet having a base sheet made of a resin having electrical insulation and a fluorine-containing resin coat layer laminated on the base sheet is often used. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).
The fluorine-containing resin coat layer is laminated on the base material sheet in order to impart weather resistance to the solar cell module protective sheet. Moreover, in order to provide the ultraviolet-ray absorption characteristic and blocking resistance to the protective sheet for solar cell modules, the fluorine-containing resin coat layer is blended with a filler made of an inorganic compound. A filler is mix | blended with the high content rate of about 30-50 mass%, for example.
Here, blocking is a phenomenon in which when the solar cell module protective sheet is wound into a roll, the contact surfaces between the sheets are fixed and do not peel off. This blocking can be suppressed by blending a filler with a high content in a layer constituting the contact surface (for example, a fluorine-containing resin coat layer).
Since the protective sheet for a solar cell module is continuously manufactured in a long state having a predetermined width, it is necessary to cut the solar cell module according to the size of the solar cell module when being bonded to each solar cell module. .
Therefore, the protection sheet for solar cell modules is cut into a predetermined size after manufacturing. In the cutting of the protective sheet for the solar cell module, a sheet piece of a predetermined size is cut in the vertical and horizontal directions by a die cut, a blade cutter or the like. However, in the conventional protection sheet for solar cell modules, the fluorine-containing resin coat layer is chipped when cut into sheet pieces. This is because the fluorine-containing resin coat layer is fragile due to the influence of the filler contained in the fluorine-containing resin coat layer, and the adhesiveness to the substrate sheet is not sufficient due to the influence of the filler. Chipping of the fluorine-containing resin coat layer is likely to occur at the corners of the sheet piece, and the chipping results in a defective sheet piece, which is a cause of poor yield.
This invention is made | formed in view of the said situation, Comprising: The protection sheet for solar cell modules which suppressed generation | occurrence | production of the chip | tip at the time of the cutting | disconnection to a sheet piece, its manufacturing method, and the protection sheet for solar cell modules are provided. Another object is to provide a solar cell module.
The method for producing a protective sheet for a solar cell module of the present invention comprises a base film, and a first fluororesin layer and a second fluororesin layer laminated in order on at least one surface of the base film , The second fluororesin layer is a method for producing a protective sheet for a solar cell module containing a filler, and a first paint containing a fluorine-containing resin is applied to at least one surface of a base film. A first coating film forming step for forming the first coating film in a semi-cured state, and a second paint containing a fluorine-containing resin and a filler on the first coating film in a semi-cured state a second film forming step of forming a second coating film was applied, that you have and a coating film cured drying curing the first coating and the second coating Features.
The method for producing a protective sheet for a solar cell module of the present invention comprises a base film, and a first fluororesin layer and a second fluororesin layer laminated in order on at least one surface of the base film, Said 1st fluororesin layer and said 2nd fluororesin layer are manufacturing methods of the protection sheet for solar cell modules containing a filler, Comprising: At least one surface of a base film, fluorine-containing resin and A first coating film forming step for forming a first coating film in a semi-cured state by applying a first paint containing a filler , and fluorine-containing on the first coating film in a semi-cured state A second coating film forming step in which a second coating film containing a resin and a filler is applied to form a second coating film; and a coating for drying and curing the first coating film and the second coating film. and a film curing process, the first film-forming step The content of the filler in the first coating material used in have, and wherein to Rukoto less than the content of the filler in the second coating material used in the second film-forming step.
According to the protective sheet for a solar cell module of the present invention, since the content ratio of the filler in the first fluororesin layer is less than the content ratio of the filler in the second fluororesin layer, the first fluororesin layer Has flexibility and good adhesion to the base sheet, so when the solar cell module protective sheet is cut into sheet pieces, the first fluororesin layer exhibits a buffering action against cutting stress. . Therefore, when the solar cell module protective sheet is cut into sheet pieces, it is possible to prevent the first fluororesin layer and the second fluororesin layer from being chipped. Therefore, the yield of the protection sheet for solar cell modules is improved.
According to the method for producing a protective sheet for a solar cell module of the present invention, a second paint containing a fluorine-containing resin and a filler is applied on the first coating film in a semi-cured state, After the first coating film is formed, the first coating film and the second coating film are dried and cured to integrate the first fluororesin layer and the second fluororesin layer. Since the fluorine-containing resin forming the second fluorine-containing resin and the fluorine-containing resin forming the second fluorine resin layer can be adapted to each other, the second fluorine resin layer can be firmly bonded to the first fluorine resin layer. . Therefore, a laminate in which the second fluororesin layer is securely laminated on the first fluororesin layer can be formed.

The first paint containing a fluorine-containing resin and optionally a filler is not particularly limited as long as it is dissolved in a solvent or dispersed in water and can be applied.
The fluorine-containing resin contained in the first paint is not particularly limited as long as it does not impair the effects of the present invention and contains a fluorine, but dissolves in the solvent (organic solvent or water) of the first paint, Those that can be crosslinked are used.
As the fluorine-containing resin contained in the first paint, it is preferable to use a fluoroolefin resin having a curable functional group. Examples of the fluoroolefin resin include tetrafluoroethylene (TFE), isobutylene, vinylidene fluoride (VdF), a copolymer composed of hydroxybutyl vinyl ether and other monomers, and TFE, VdF, hydroxybutyl vinyl ether and other monomers. A copolymer is used.
具体的には、フルオロオレフィン樹脂としては、「LUMIFLON(商品名、旭硝子社製)」、「CEFRAL COAT(商品名、セントラル硝子社製)」、「FLUONATE(商品名、DIC社製)」などのクロロトリフルオロエチレン(CTFE)を主成分としたポリマー類、「ZEFFLE(商品名、ダイキン工業社製)」などのテトラフルオロエチレン(TFE)を主成分としたポリマー類、「Zonyl(商品名、E.I.du Pont de Nemours and Company社製)」、「Unidyne(商品名・ダイキン工業株式会社製)」などのフルオロアルキル基を有するポリマー、フルオロアルキル単位を主成分としたポリマー類などが挙げられる。
Specifically, as the fluoroolefin resin, “LUMIFLON (trade name, manufactured by Asahi Glass Co., Ltd.)”, “CEFRAL COAT (trade name, manufactured by Central Glass Co., Ltd.)”, “FLUONATE (trade name, manufactured by DIC Corporation)”, etc. Polymers mainly composed of chlorotrifluoroethylene (CTFE), polymers mainly composed of tetrafluoroethylene (TFE) such as “ZEFFLE (trade name, manufactured by Daikin Industries)”, “Zonyl (trade name, E , I. du Pont de Nemours and Company) ”,“ Unidyne (trade name, manufactured by Daikin Industries, Ltd.) ”, polymers having a fluoroalkyl unit as a main component, and the like. .
Among these, from the viewpoint of weather resistance, pigment dispersibility, and the like, a polymer containing CTFE as a main component and a polymer containing TFE as a main component are preferable, and “LUMIFLON” and “ZEFFLE” are most preferable.
“LUMIFLON” is an amorphous resin containing CTFE, several types of specific alkyl vinyl ethers (VE), and hydroxyalkyl vinyl ethers as main structural units. A resin having a monomer unit of hydroxyalkyl vinyl ether such as “LUMIFLON” is preferable because it is excellent in solvent solubility, cross-linking reactivity, substrate adhesion, pigment dispersibility, hardness and flexibility.
"ZEFFLE" is a copolymer of TFE and organic solvent-soluble hydrocarbon olefins, especially those containing hydrocarbon olefins with highly reactive hydroxyl groups, solvent-soluble, cross-linking reactivity, adhesion to substrates This is preferable because of its excellent properties and pigment dispersibility.

Furthermore, the fluorine-containing resin contained in the first paint may be a resin composed of one or more monomers or a terpolymer.
As the ternary polymer, for example, “Dyneon THV (trade name, manufactured by 3M Company)” which is a ternary polymer of VdF, TFE, and hexafluoropropylene is used. Such a terpolymer is preferable because it can impart the properties of each monomer to the resin. For example, “Dyneon THV” is preferable because it can be produced at a relatively low temperature, can be bonded to an elastomer or a hydrocarbon-based plastic, and is excellent in flexibility and optical transparency.
The first coating material may contain a crosslinking agent, a crosslinking accelerator and a solvent in addition to the fluorine-containing resin described above, and if necessary, an organic or inorganic compound such as an ultraviolet absorber or a coloring agent. May be included.

The solvent contained in the first paint is not particularly limited as long as the effect of the present invention is not impaired. Among these solvents, from the viewpoints of solubility of the components contained in the paint and low persistence in the coating film (low boiling point temperature), the solvent is any selected from xylene, cyclohexanone, or MEK. A solvent containing one or more organic solvents is preferred.
The filler contained as necessary in the first paint is not particularly limited as long as it does not impair the effects of the present invention. The crosslinking agent is not particularly limited as long as the effects of the present invention are not impaired, and metal chelates, silanes, isocyanates, or melamines are preferably used. Assuming that the backsheet 20 is used outdoors for 30 years or more, aliphatic isocyanates are preferable as the crosslinking agent from the viewpoint of weather resistance.
The composition of the first paint is not particularly limited as long as the effects of the present invention are not impaired. For example, the composition of the first paint is prepared by mixing a fluorine-containing resin, a filler, a crosslinking agent, a solvent, and a crosslinking accelerator.
As for the composition ratio of this composition, when the whole 1st coating material is 100 mass%, 3-80 mass% is preferable, and, as for the content rate of a fluorine-containing resin, 10-50 mass% is more preferable, and the content rate of a filler Is preferably 0 to 60 mass%, more preferably 0 to 30 mass%, and the solvent content is preferably 20 to 80 mass%.
As the crosslinking accelerator, for example, dibutyl dilaurate tin or dioctyl dilaurate tin is used, and this crosslinking accelerator is used to promote crosslinking between the fluorine-containing resin and isocyanate.
Similarly to the first paint, the
Since the
The second paint can be selected from those similar to the first paint except that a filler is essential. The same resin and the same filler as the first paint may be used, or different combinations may be used.
The composition of the second paint is not particularly limited as long as the effects of the present invention are not impaired. For example, the composition of the second paint is prepared by mixing a fluorine-containing resin, a filler, a crosslinking agent, a solvent, and a crosslinking accelerator.
The composition ratio of this composition is such that the content of the fluorine-containing resin is preferably from 3 to 80% by mass, more preferably from 25 to 50% by mass, and the content of the filler when the entire second paint is 100% by mass. Is preferably 5 to 60 mass%, more preferably 10 to 50 mass%, and the solvent content is preferably 20 to 80 mass%.
According to the solar cell module
Moreover, since the

"Method for manufacturing protective sheet for solar cell module"
Next, with reference to FIG. 1, the manufacturing method of the
First, a first coating film containing a fluorine-containing resin and optionally a filler is applied to one
In the first coating film forming step, the thickness of the first coating film at the time of applying the first paint is preferably in the range of 3 μm to 30 μm as the thickness after drying, and in the range of 5 μm to 25 μm. More preferably.
Next, the first coating film was dried at 50 to 150 ° C. for several tens of seconds to several minutes to obtain a semi-cured state that was a state before complete drying. In the semi-cured state, the first coating film is in a soft state.
The first coating film in the semi-cured state refers to a state in which the solvent contained in the first paint is volatilized and the shape thereof is substantially maintained. As a measure of this semi-cured state, it is expressed as a gel fraction indicating the degree of crosslinking of the resin layer. In the following gel fraction measurement, the gel fraction is in a state of 85% or less, preferably 75% or less. Say.
Here, the measuring method of a gel fraction is demonstrated.
The first paint containing no filler is applied to the release-treated surface of the release film treated with silicone, dried, and allowed to stand in an environment of 23 ° C. and 50% RH for 6 hours to contain a fluororesin. A coat layer is obtained.
The obtained fluororesin-containing coat layer is cut out to a specific size, measured for mass (Xg), and extracted for 16 hours using ethyl acetate with a Soxhlet extractor.
Thereafter, the remaining component is dried, the mass (Yg) of the remaining component is measured, and the gel fraction is determined by the following formula.
Gel fraction (%) = (Y / X) × 100
Next, a second coating containing a fluorine-containing resin and a filler is applied on the first coating film in a semi-cured state by coating with a bar coater (rod coater), and the second coating film is formed. Form (second coating film forming step).
In the second coating film forming step, the thickness of the second coating film at the time of applying the second paint is preferably in the range of 5 μm to 50 μm as the thickness after drying, and is in the range of 10 μm to 30 μm. It is more preferable.
Moreover, as mentioned above, the content rate of the filler in the 1st coating material used in a 1st coating-film formation process is from the content rate of the filler in the 2nd coating material used in a 2nd coating-film formation process. Less.
Next, the first coating film and the second coating film are dried and cured, and the
In this coating film curing step, the temperature for drying and curing the first coating film and the second coating film only needs to be a temperature that does not impair the effects of the present invention, and promotes crosslinking and reduces the influence on the
According to the manufacturing method of the solar cell module
