Claims (6)
- スクリューポンプ用のポンプロータであって、
シャフトと、
前記シャフトの外表面の一部分上に配置されかつその少なくとも1つのネジ山がその端部部分上に配置された溝を含む第1の組のネジ山と、
前記溝上に配置され、前記シャフトと共に回転するように構成された第1のリングシールと、
前記溝内に配置された第1及び第2のピンであって、前記第1のリングシールの第1の端部が前記第1のピンに当接するように配置され、前記第1のリングシールの第2の端部が前記第2のピンに当接するように配置される、第1及び第2のピンと、
を備えるポンプロータ。 - 前記第1のリングシールが、前記溝から外向きに突出しかつ前記スクリューポンプのライナの内表面に当接するように構成され、
前記溝が、前記ロータが撓んだときに前記第1のリングシールが前記少なくとも1つのネジ山に対して半径方向に移動するのを可能にするような寸法にされる、
請求項1に記載のポンプロータ。 - 前記シャフトの外表面の別の部分上に配置されかつその少なくとも1つのネジ山がその端部部分上に配置された溝を含みかつ前記第1の組とは別個である第2の組のネジ山、及び前記第2の組の少なくとも1つのネジ山の溝上に配置された第2のリングシールと、
前記第2の組の少なくとも1つのネジ山の溝内に配置された、前記第2のリングシールの第1の端部がそれに当接するように配置された第3のピン及び前記第2のリングシールの第2の端部がそれに当接するように配置された第4のピンと、
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のポンプロータ。 - 前記第1及び第2のピンの円周方向位置と前記第3及び第4のピンの円周方向位置とが、互いに異なる、請求項3に記載のポンプロータ。
- 前記第1のリングシールが、該ポンプロータの犠牲摩耗構成要素である、請求項1に記載のポンプロータ。
- 低圧入口及び高圧出口を有するケーシングと、前記ケーシングの内側に配置されたライナと、前記ライナの内側に配置されかつシャフト及び前記シャフトの外表面の一部分上に配置された第1の組のネジ山を有するロータとを有するスクリューポンプ内の滑り流を減少させる方法であって、
前記第1の組のネジ山の各ネジ山の端部部分上に溝を形成する段階と、
前記溝上に第1のリングシールを配置して、前記第1のリングシールが、前記溝から外向きに突出しかつ前記スクリューポンプのライナの内表面に当接するように構成され、前記溝が、前記ロータが撓んだ時に前記第1のリングシールが前記第1の組のネジ山に対して半径方向に移動するのを可能にするような寸法にされ、また前記第1のリングシールが、前記高圧出口から前記低圧入口への滑り流を減少させるように構成されるようにする段階と、
前記シャフトが回転したときに前記第1のリングシールを回転する段階と、
前記溝内に配置された第1及び第2のピンによって、前記第1のリングシールが前記シャフトに対して回転することを防止する段階であって、前記第1のリングシールの第1の端部が前記第1のピンに当接するように配置され、前記第1のリングシールの第2の端部が前記第2のピンに当接するように配置される、段階と、
を含む方法。
