    とを特徴とするルーツ式ポンプ。 ２　上記外層はロータ外周面に形成した凹凸により構成
    されることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    に記載のルーツ式ポンプ。 ３　上記外層はロータ外周面に固設した植毛により構成
    されることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
