Description
The present invention relates to a flush toilet, and more particularly to a flush toilet that flushes toilets with flush water and discharges filth.
In recent years, there has been a strong demand for water saving. In Japan, a
On the other hand, a wash-out flush toilet (also referred to as a wash-down toilet) that discharges filth using a head due to a rise in the water level in the drainage channel as shown in
The flush toilet of
The
In this
The above-mentioned
First, a flush toilet bowl (also called a wash-down toilet) is a toilet that discharges filth to the outside due to a drop caused by a rise in the water level in the drainage channel. The water level needs to be increased at an early stage (ie, with a small amount of water), thereby satisfying the demand for water saving.
However, in the
Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the problems of conventional flush toilets, and provides a flush toilet that can save water by raising the water level in the bowl portion early. It is aimed.
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention is a flush toilet that flushes toilets with washing water and discharges filth, and has a bowl-shaped filth receiving surface and a position above the filth receiving surface. A rim part with the upper part of the inner wall projecting inward, and a rim part extending in communication with the bottom part of the bowl part to discharge filth in the bowl part and regulate the initial water level of the bowl part a trap pipe to a first ledge formed along the rim on the upper edge of the waste receiving surface, the side surface of the bowl portion, and the initial accumulated water level at below the first shelf portion of the waste receiving surface A second shelf formed so as to be substantially horizontal from the outer periphery to the inner periphery , and on the side of the bowl and below the first shelf of the waste receiving surface. and formed so as to extend substantially horizontally to a position above the initial accumulated water level The second shelf portion, the overhang portion formed so as to cover the second shelf portion from above, and the swirling flow that swirls washing water on the first shelf portion and swirls on the filth receiving surface. From the gap formed on the side surface of the bowl portion between the first water discharge portion to be formed and the second shelf portion and the lower end of the overhang portion , the wash water is discharged into the bowl portion in a substantially horizontal direction, and the wash water in the bowl portion is discharged. It has the 2nd water discharge part which forms the flow stirred up and down, the 1st water flow path which supplies washing water to the 1st water discharge part, and the 2nd water flow path which supplies washing water to the 2nd water discharge part It is characterized by.
In the present invention configured as described above, the cleaning water discharged from the first water discharge portion flows along the first shelf portion and cleans the filth receiving surface of the bowl portion while turning while cleaning the bowl portion. , Flows into the bottom of the bowl. At this time, the wash water discharged from the second water discharge portion to the bowl portion in a substantially horizontal direction forms a swirling flow in the vertical direction (vertical direction), and stirs the accumulated water in the bowl portion in the vertical direction. While this vertical swirl flow stays in the bowl, the floating filth that floats on the surface of the water before washing is submerged in the stored water. After that, when the water level in the bowl rises due to the rise in the water level in the bowl due to the swirling flow in the vertical direction, the trap level is increased, and the necessary sludge for discharging the dirt in the trap pipe is secured. And it is possible to effectively discharge the filth that has submerged in the stored water.
In addition, at the time of small cleaning, it is necessary to guide the paper adhering to the filth receiving surface of the bowl part into the stored water, but in the present invention, the water level of the bowl part is raised with a small amount of washing water due to the vertical swirling flow. Therefore, the paper can be effectively discharged.
Further, in the present invention, the vertical swirling flow is retained in the bowl portion, the drainage peak from the trap pipe is delayed from the conventional one, and the total amount of time from discharging the washing water to discharging the filth Since the cleaning time can be made longer than the conventional one, it is possible to secure time for dropping the floating filth and the paper adhering to the filth receiving surface into the stored water, and then discharging the filth from the trap pipe. be able to.
In the present invention, preferably, a step portion extending obliquely in a substantially horizontal direction is formed along the entire length of the second water discharge portion at a position lower than the initial stored water level of the bowl portion of the second water discharge portion. ing.
In this invention comprised in this way, since the flow which goes to the direction of the trap pipeline of the washing water discharged from the 2nd water discharging part is suppressed by this step part, the washing discharged from the 2nd water discharging part Water can be retained more effectively in the bowl portion.
In this invention, Preferably, the 2nd water discharging part is provided in the front side of the bowl part rather than the center of the water storage surface in a filth receiving surface.
In the present invention configured as described above, the second water discharge portion is provided on the front side of the bowl portion with respect to the center of the water storage surface on the filth receiving surface so that the cleaning water is not supplied directly toward the trap pipe. Therefore, the cleaning time can be extended correspondingly, and high cleaning ability can be exhibited.
In the present invention, preferably, the first shelf portion is linear with the swirling flow in which the water discharged from the first water discharge portion swirls on the filth receiving surface and the front of the bowl portion toward the inlet of the trap line. It is configured to form a simple flow.
In the present invention configured as described above, since the washing water discharged from the first shelf portion forms a linear flow from the front of the bowl portion toward the inlet of the trap pipe, The accumulated swirl flow in the vertical direction is tilted toward the back of the toilet (trap line side) to raise the water level uniformly over the entire surface of the reservoir, and then the wash water with the raised water level is guided toward the trap line. As a result, the water level in the trap pipe can be reliably increased.
According to the flush toilet of the present invention, it is possible to save water by raising the water level in the bowl portion early.
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. Here, FIG. 1 is a side sectional view of a flush toilet according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a plan view of the flush toilet of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is taken along the line III-III of FIG. 4 is a front sectional view, FIG. 4 is an enlarged partial sectional view showing the main part of FIG. 3 in an enlarged manner, and FIG. 5 is a relationship between the flow rate of washing water and time in the flush toilet according to the embodiment of the present invention FIG.
First, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, a
The
The
A
At the base end of the
A
Between the
A stepped
Although details will be described later, the wash water is discharged from the second
Here, a
In addition, a
Next, the second water outlet of the flush toilet according to the present embodiment will be described in detail with reference to FIG. As shown in FIG. 4, first, the opening area E of the second
Next, the
Furthermore, the inclination (θ) of the
Furthermore, in the
Next, the operation of the flush toilet according to this embodiment described above will be described. First, in the standby state of the
The wash water supplied from the
While this vertical swirl flow D stays in the
Further, at the time of small cleaning, it is necessary to guide the paper adhering on the
Further, in this embodiment, the vertical swirl flow D is shown in FIG. 5 as the bowl portion of the flush toilet D according to this embodiment as J and the drainage flow rate of the conventional flush toilet as K. The total washing time from draining the washing water to discharging the filth after delaying the drainage peak (t2) from the trap pipe and making the drainage peak (t2) of the conventional flush toilet toilet delayed Can be made longer than the conventional one, so it is possible to secure time for dropping the floating filth and the paper adhering to the filth receiving surface into the stored water, and then discharging the filth from the trap pipe. it can.
Further, in the present embodiment, the
Moreover, in this embodiment, since the 2nd
Further, in the present embodiment, the front portion of the
The embodiment described above is an example in which the present invention is applied to a floor-type wash-off flush toilet, but the present invention does not cause any other, for example, a wall-mounted flush toilet or other siphon action or It is also applicable to flush toilets with weak siphon action. Furthermore, the present invention can also be applied to a flush toilet where a siphon action occurs.
