Claims (3)
- 被写体を照明する照明光を出射する照明部と、
光を受光して光電変換を行うことにより電気信号を生成する画素が2次元状に配列された受光部と、
前記画素から水平ライン毎に前記電気信号を順次読み出す読み出し部と、
前記読み出し部による第1水平ラインの読み出し期間と、該第1水平ラインに隣接し、該第1水平ラインの直後に読み出される第2水平ラインの読み出し期間とをまたぐ期間内において、前記第1水平ラインの読み出し期間の終了時点を中心としたパルス状の前記照明光を出射させる制御を前記照明部に対して行う照明制御部と、
を備えたことを特徴とする撮像システム。 - 前記照明制御部による制御を2水平ラインおきに行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の撮像システム。
- 前記受光部により受光される光の明るさを検出する明るさ検出部をさらに備え、
前記照明制御部は、前記明るさ検出部による検出結果に基づいて、前記第1水平ラインの読み出し期間の終了時点を中心として、前記パルス状の前記照明光のパルス幅を可変するPWM制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の撮像システム。
