Claims (2)
- 反応式:10Ca2++4PO4 3−+2OH−→Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2
に基づいてリン含有廃水からリンを除去する脱リン処理に用いられる脱リン材であって、
コンクリート廃棄物から骨材をリサイクルする際に発生する廃セメント微粉末にて形成され、
この廃セメント微粉末は、セメント混和部が粉砕されたコンクリート廃棄物を粒径1mm以下に分級することにより骨材の含有量を低下させて形成される
ことを特徴とする脱リン材。 - 請求項1に記載された脱リン材によりリン含有廃水の脱リン処理を行う脱リン装置であって、
反応槽と、
この反応槽に設けられこの反応槽内へリン含有廃水を供給する廃水供給手段と、
前記反応槽に設けられこの反応槽内へ脱リン材を供給する脱リン材供給手段と、
前記反応槽に設けられこの反応槽内にてリン含有廃水および脱リン材を攪拌する攪拌手段と、
前記反応槽に設けられこの反応槽内の晶析物を回収する回収手段とを具備し、
前記反応槽内に供給された前記リン含有廃水および前記脱リン材を攪拌し、前記反応槽内にてリン酸カルシウムを晶析させることにより前記リン含有廃水からリンを除去し、晶析した脱リン副産物を回収する
ことを特徴とする脱リン装置。
