Description
半導体工場から排出されたTMAH含有の実排水を2000mgTMAH/Lになるように調整し、内容積0.8Lのカラムに種汚泥として嫌気性汚泥(汚泥濃度25148mg/L)をカラムの半量添加後、上記実排水を5kgTMAH/m3/dの負荷で通水した。通水時の温度は35℃、pHは7〜8となるように調整した。また、栄養剤(オルガノ(株)製のオルガミンNP−51)、微量元素(オルガノ(株)製のオルガミン10を1.2mL/L)、Ni、Co(各0.1mg/L)添加した。また、廃糖蜜(原料としてさとうきび及び甘藷)を200mg/L(57mgC/L、TOC比でTMAHに対して5.3%)となるように、立ち上げ時から連続して上記実排水に添加した。実施例で使用した廃糖蜜の成分は、糖度30〜40%以上、純糖率35%以上、還元糖15%以上、純糖分55%以上である。その他の成分を表1に示す。
比較例1は、糖蜜を添加しないこと以外は実施例と同様の処理を行った。
比較例2は、糖蜜の代わりに塩化第二鉄(無機凝集剤)を19mg/L(鉄として6.5mgFe/L)となるように添加したこと以外は実施例と同様の処理を行った。
比較例3は、糖蜜の代わりにカチオンポリマー(高分子凝集剤:オルガノ(株)製OX−606)を0.5mg/L添加したこと以外は実施例と同様の処理を行った。
Claims (10)
- 半導体製造工場から排出されるアルキルアンモニウム塩を含有する排水をグラニュールを利用して嫌気的に生物処理する嫌気性生物処理方法であって、前記排水に糖蜜を全有機体炭素比で前記排水の1〜10%となるように供給することを特徴とする嫌気性生物処理方法。
- 前記生物処理の立ち上げ時及び立ち上げ後に、前記糖蜜を供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の嫌気性生物処理方法。
- 前記生物処理を行う反応槽に、嫌気性汚泥を投入し、前記生物処理の立ち上げを行うことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の嫌気性生物処理方法。
- 前記アルキルアンモニウム塩は、テトラメチルアンモニウムハイドロオキサイド(TMAH)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の嫌気性生物処理方法。
- 前記生物処理の立ち上げを行う際に、前記生物処理を行う反応槽に担体を充填することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の嫌気性生物処理方法。
- 半導体製造工場から排出されるアルキルアンモニウム塩を含有する排水をグラニュールを利用して嫌気的に生物処理する反応槽と、
前記排水に糖蜜を全有機体炭素比で前記排水の1〜10%となるように供給する糖蜜供給手段と、を備えることを特徴とする嫌気性生物処理装置。 - 前記糖蜜供給手段は、前記生物処理の立ち上げ時及び立ち上げ後に、前記糖蜜を供給することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の嫌気性生物処理装置。
- 前記生物処理の立ち上げを行う際、前記反応槽には、嫌気性汚泥が投入されていることを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の嫌気性生物処理装置。
- 前記アルキルアンモニウム塩は、テトラメチルアンモニウムハイドロオキサイド(TMAH)であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の嫌気性生物処理装置。
- 前記生物処理の立ち上げを行う際、前記反応槽には、担体が充填されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の嫌気性生物処理装置。
