Claims (4)
- 第一基材と、前記第一基材の下表面(第二電極板に近接する表面)に設置される第一導電構造体と、を含む第一電極板と、
第二基材と、前記第二基材の上表面(前記第一電極板に近接する表面)に設置される第二導電構造体と、を含み、且つ前記第一電極板に対向して設置される第二電極板と、を備え、
前記第一導電構造体及び前記第二導電構造体は、カーボンナノチューブ複合構造体を含み、
前記カーボンナノチューブ複合構造体は、カーボンナノチューブ構造体と、前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体に浸入された高分子材料と、を含み、
前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体は、少なくとも1枚のカーボンナノチューブフィルムを含み、各々のカーボンナノチューブフィルムは、均一に分布され且つ相互に接続され、同じ方向に沿って優先方位に配向されている複数のカーボンナノチューブを含み、
前記第一導電構造体におけるカーボンナノチューブは、第一方向に沿って配列され、前記第二導電構造体におけるカーボンナノチューブは、第二方向に沿って配列され、
前記第一方向は、前記第二方向に直交することを特徴とするタッチパネル。 - 前記各々のカーボンナノチューブフィルムは、カーボンナノチューブアレイから引き出して得たフィルムであり、
前記各々のカーボンナノチューブフィルムにおけるカーボンナノチューブは、端と端が接続され、且つ同じ方向に沿って配列されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。 - 前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体が、積層された複数枚の前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記第一電極板が、前記第一導電構造体における第一方向に沿う両端に電気接続に設置される2つの第一電極をさらに備え、
前記第二電極板が、前記第二導電構造体における第二方向に沿う両端に電気接続に設置される2つの第二電極をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
