Claims (9)
- 入口開口部(7)を有するダンピングカップ(3)と、このダンピングカップ(3)の領域内の超音波振動子(5)とを具備する、容器(2)中の流体の充填レベルを検出するための装置(1)において、
入口開口部(6)を有し、ダンピングカップ(3)の入口開口部(7)に接続された、前段の容量室(4)を具備し、
前記前段の容量室(4)の前記入口開口部(6)を通って流体が前段の容量室(4)の中に入り、
前記前段の容量室(4)は、少なくとも前記ダンピングカップ(3)と同じ大きさ、もしくは少なくとも前記ダンピングカップ(3)の2倍の大きさであり、
前記前段の容量室は、換気口(9)を有し、
前記前段の容量室(4)は、流体を導くための幾何学的構造を有し、
前記前段の容量室(4)は、円形の底面を有し、前記幾何学的構造は、前段の容量室(4)内の液体が、少なくとも一度、この底面の中心点の周りを通るようにし、
規定の長さと規定の直径とを有するチューブ(12)が、前記前段の容量室(4)から前記ダンピングカップ(3)へと通っていることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記ダンピングカップ(3)は、下側の領域に、チャンバ(31)もしくは広がった領域(18)、あるいはそれら両方を有することを特徴とする請求項1の装置。
- 前記前段の容量室(4)は、前記ダンピングカップ(3)の下側の領域に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2の装置。
- 前記チューブ(12)は、前記前段の容量室(4)から、前記チャンバ(31)もしくは前記広がった領域(18)、あるいはこれら両方へとつなげられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1の装置。
- 温度センサー素子が、前記超音波振動子(5)のある領域内に設置されており、また、前記チューブ(12)は、この温度センサー素子に向けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1の装置。
- 前記前段の容量室は、外面に凹部を有し、前記前段の容量室(4)の前記入口開口部(6)は、この凹部内に位置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1の装置。
- 前記前段の容量室(4)の前記入口開口部(6)は、前記凹部中に向けられていることを特徴とする請求項6の装置。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか1の装置を有するエンジンであることを特徴とする電動機付乗り物のエンジン。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか1の装置、もしくは請求項8のエンジンを有することを特徴とする電動機付乗り物。
