Claims (10)
- 室外からの空気を室内へと導入する導入路と、室内からの空気を室外へと排出する排出路と、導入路を流れる空気中の水分を吸着して除湿を行うとともに、排出路を流れる空気中に水分を放出して除湿能力を再生するようになされたデシカントロータと、排出路の空気を加熱する加熱用熱交換器と、導入路を流れる空気と排出路を流れる空気との間で熱交換を行う顕熱熱交換器とを備えたデシカント空調装置において、
デシカントロータには、導入路の空気が通過する除湿領域と排出路の空気が通過する再生領域とを交互に各二つ形成し、
導入路を流れる空気は、二つの除湿領域を直列に流れ、排出路を流れる空気は二つの再生領域を直列に流れ、
第一再生領域を通過した空気は、他の加熱用熱交換器でさらに加熱された後、第二再生領域を通過するようになされたことを特徴とするデシカント空調装置。 - 二つの除湿領域を流れる空気の流れ方向は同一となされ、二つの再生領域を流れる空気の流れ方向は同一となされ、これら除湿領域の空気の流れ方向と再生領域の空気の流れ方向とは逆方向となされた請求項1記載のデシカント空調装置。
- 上流側の除湿領域を出た空気は、排出路を流れる空気または外気との熱交換、あるいは別途供給される低温冷媒または冷却水との熱交換により温度を低下させた後、下流側の除湿領域に流入する請求項1記載のデシカント空調装置。
- 加熱用熱交換器は、温水熱交換器またはガスバーナまたは電気ヒータにより構成された請求項1記載のデシカント空調装置。
- デシカントロータは、その中央に、デシカントロータを貫通する貫通路が形成されたリング状に形成され、この貫通路を、上流側再生領域から下流側再生領域へと向かう空気が流れる請求項1ないし4の何れか一記載のデシカント空調装置。
- 貫通路に、排出路を流れる空気を再加熱する熱交換器が設けられている請求項5記載のデシカント空調装置。
- 除湿能力優先時は、上流側の再生領域で再生された後、下流側の除湿領域に移動する方向にデシカントロータが回転し、冷房エネルギ効率(COP)優先時は、下流側の再生領域で再生された後、下流側の除湿領域に移動する方向にデシカントロータが回転する請求項1ないし4の何れか一記載のデシカント空調装置。
- 再生領域を通過する前後の空気の温度差、および/または除湿領域を通過する前後の空気の湿度差を測定し、温度差および/または湿度差の低下を検知してデシカントロータの回転方向を逆転させる請求項1ないし4の何れか一記載のデシカント空調装置。
- 下流側再生領域へ流入する空気の温度が、上流側再生領域へ流入する空気の温度よりも低くなるように制御するようになされた請求項1ないし4の何れか一記載のデシカント空調装置。
- 導入路を流れる空気と排出路を流れる空気との顕熱熱交換器と、下流除湿領域との間の導入路に、暖房時加熱用熱交換器が設けられ、暖房時に導入路を流れる空気の加熱・加湿を行うようになされた請求項1ないし4の何れか一記載のデシカント空調装置。
