Description
本実施形態に係るプレクーラ41は、不図示の冷媒供給源から供給される例えば低温窒素ガス等の冷媒が流通する冷媒配管5a,5bと、この冷媒配管5a,5bに内挿あるいは外挿され且つ蓄圧器7から手動弁8を介して供給される水素ガスが流通するガス配管4a,4bとを有する二重管構造の熱交換部と、この熱交換部を覆うプレクーラケースとを備えて構成されている。
Claims (3)
- ガス供給源と、
前記ガス供給源からのガスを冷却する冷却部と、
前記冷却部で冷却されたガスをガス供給対象へ放出する放出部と、
前記冷却部内または前記冷却部よりも下流側に水分除去部が設けられ、
前記冷却部は、前記ガス供給源からのガスが流通するガス配管と、このガス配管内を流通するガスとの熱交換により当該ガスを冷却する冷媒が流通する冷媒配管と、これらガス配管及び冷媒配管を収納するケースと、を備えてなり、
前記水分除去部は、前記ガス配管に接続された状態で前記ケース内に収納され、
前記前記ガス配管に接続され、前記水分除去部の温度を検出する温度センサと、
前記温度センサで検出される温度に基づいて、前記冷却部の温度制御を行うことにより前記水分除去部の温度を所定温度以下にする制御部が設けられているガス供給システム。 - 請求項1に記載のガス供給システムにおいて、
前記所定温度は、前記水分除去部で捕捉する水分を凍結させることが可能な温度である−5℃以下とするガス供給システム。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のガス供給システムにおいて、
前記ガス供給源に水素が貯蔵されており、
前記ガス供給対象が水素を燃料ガスとして当該燃料ガスと酸化ガスとの電気化学反応に
より発電を行なう燃料電池が搭載された燃料電池車両であるガス供給システム。
