Claims (10)
- カチオン性脂質を含む脂質二分子膜を有する第一の膜小胞と、
疎水性基を有するアニオン性物質を前記第一の膜小胞に付与する手段を有し、
前記第一の膜小胞に前記疎水性基を有するアニオン性物質を所定量付与することにより、前記第一の膜小胞の外部に、前記脂質二分子膜の一部を有する第二の膜小胞を***させることを特徴とする膜小胞***システム。 - 前記疎水性基を有するアニオン性物質は、ピラニンであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の膜小胞***システム。
- 前記カチオン性脂質は、化学式
- 前記脂質二分子膜は、両性リン脂質をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の膜小胞***システム。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の膜小胞***システムを有する分子通信システムであって、
前記第一の膜小胞は、情報分子が内包されており、
前記第一の膜小胞に前記疎水性基を有するアニオン性物質を所定量付与することにより***した前記情報分子が内包されている第二の膜小胞を第三の膜小胞に輸送する手段と、
該輸送された第二の膜小胞に内包されている情報分子を該第三の膜小胞に取り込ませる手段をさらに有することを特徴とする分子通信システム。 - カチオン性脂質を含む脂質二分子膜を有する第一の膜小胞に、疎水性基を有するアニオン性物質を所定量付与することにより、前記第一の膜小胞の外部に、前記脂質二分子膜の一部を有する第二の膜小胞を***させることを特徴とする膜小胞***方法。
- 前記疎水性基を有するアニオン性物質は、ピラニンであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の膜小胞***方法。
- 前記カチオン性脂質は、化学式
- 前記脂質二分子膜は、両性リン脂質をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の膜小胞***方法。
- 請求項6乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の膜小胞***方法を用いる分子通信方法であって、
前記第一の膜小胞は、情報分子が内包されており、
前記第一の膜小胞に前記疎水性基を有するアニオン性物質を所定量付与することにより***した前記情報分子が内包されている第二の膜小胞を第三の膜小胞に輸送する工程と、
該輸送された第二の膜小胞に内包されている情報分子を該第三の膜小胞に取り込ませる工程をさらに有することを特徴とする分子通信方法。
