Claims (19)
- ローター(30)とハウジング(2)を有する、低粘性から高粘性までの材料、特に歯科印象を混合するダイナミックミキサーであって、
前記ハウジング(2)は、材料用の前方のインレット開口(12、13)と、少なくとも一つの後方のアウトレット開口(20)とを有し、
前記ハウジング(2)の内部空間は、プリチャンバー(17)とメインチャンバー(22)とを有し、
前記プリチャンバー(17)は、先細の遷移セクション(16)の末端で前記メインチャンバー(22)に開口しているダイナミックミキサーであって、
前記プリチャンバー(17)から前記メインチャンバー(22)に入る通路として、少なくとも一つの個々の通路(23a〜d)を有し、該個々の通路(23a〜d)の幅が、前記遷移セクション(16)の周囲の一部分を覆って延び、前記個々の通路(23a〜d)は、いずれの場合にも、前記ハウジング(2)の内壁に凹部によって成形されることを特徴とする、ダイナミックミキサー。 - 前記先細の遷移セクション(16)は、ほぼ円錐形状に延びることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のダイナミックミキサー。
- 前記個々の通路(23a〜d)は、少なくとも2個、好ましくは4個であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のダイナミックミキサー。
- 隣接する前記個々の通路(23a〜d)は、各々、前記遷移セクション(16)の周辺方向で等間隔を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のダイナミックミキサー。
- 前記ローター(30)は、前記プリチャンバー(17)の中に外側のローターセクション(35)を伴う後方の混合ローター(33)を有し、
前記外側のローターセクション(35)は、前記遷移セクション(16)の軸方向で前方に配置され、
少なくとも一つの通路開口(39a〜d)が、前記外側のローターセクション(35)に成形されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のダイナミックミキサー。 - 前記外側のローターセクション(35)は、インレット側で、半径方向内側に向かう凹部を有することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のダイナミックミキサー。
- 前記外側のローターセクションは、摩擦を避ける最小の軸方向の間隔で、前記遷移セクション(16)の前記内壁(16b)に沿って、前記アウトレット側に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載のダイナミックミキサー。
- 前記後方の混合ローター(33)の同心の内側のローターセクション(34)であって、インレット側で、半径方向にほぼ平らに延びる表面を有する前記内側のローターセクション(34)を特徴とする、請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載のダイナミックミキサー。
- 前記通路開口(39a〜d)の数は、前記個々の通路(23a〜d)の数に一致することを特徴とする、請求項5〜8のいずれか一項に記載のダイナミックミキサー。
- 前記通路開口(39a〜d)の幅および/または近接する該通路開口(39a〜d)の周辺の間隔は、いずれの場合にも、ほぼ、前記個々の通路(23a〜d)の周辺の間隔に一致することを特徴とする、請求項5〜9のいずれか一項に記載のダイナミックミキサー。
- 前記通路開口(39a〜d)は、各々、前記外側のローターセクション(35)の外縁まで延びることを特徴とする、請求項5〜10のいずれか一項に記載のダイナミックミキサー。
- 前記通路開口(39a〜d)の長さは、いずれの場合にも、前記外側のローターセクション(35)全体を覆ってほぼ半径方向に延びることを特徴とする、請求項5〜11のいずれか一項に記載のダイナミックミキサー。
- 傾斜エッジ(38a、b)が、いずれの場合にも、前記通路開口(39a〜d)の側面境界に沿って、前記外側のローターセクション(35)に成形されることを特徴とする、請求項5〜12のいずれか一項に記載のダイナミックミキサー。
- 半径方向に延びる渦を発生する要素(37a〜d)が、前記外側のローターセクション(35)のインレット側の表面に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項5〜13のいずれか一項に記載のダイナミックミキサー。
- 前記プリチャンバー(17)の内側の前記ローター(30)は、少なくとも一つの半径方向に延びる羽(36a〜d)を有する前方の混合ローター(40)を有し、前記少なくとも一つの半径方向に延びる羽(36a〜d)の軸方向の凸部面は、いずれの場合にも、前記後方の混合ローター(33)の通路開口(39a〜d)に突出する、請求項5〜14のいずれか一項に記載のダイナミックミキサー。
- 前記前方の混合ローター(40)の前記羽(36a〜d)の数は、前記後方の混合ローター(33)の前記通路開口の数に一致する、請求項15に記載のダイナミックミキサー。
- 各々の羽(36a〜d)の軸方向にのびる両側面は傾斜面でできていて、前記混合ローターの回転方向(R)への傾斜を有する、請求項15または16に記載のダイナミックミキサー。
- 前記メインチャンバー(22)内の前記ローター(30)は、分離した羽を有する周辺方向で一直線にされる複数の混合ローター(42a〜d)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載のダイナミックミキサー。
- 前記ローター(30)は、周辺方向で一直線にされる前記混合ローター(42a〜d)の前方に、前記メインチャンバー(22)内により大きな半径方向の面積の別々の羽を有する混合ローター(43)を有することを特徴とする、請求項18に記載のダイナミックミキサー。
