Description

可動前縁構造体に作用して、可動前縁構造体を固定前縁構造体に対して展開位置と格納位置との間で移動させるアクチュエータと、
を備え、
第1のヒンジアームおよび第2のヒンジアームは、可動前縁構造体の後縁部を展開位置および格納位置で固定前縁構造体のエアロフォイル面に隣接して保持するとともに、展開位置と格納位置との間での可動前縁構造体の移動のかなりの部分にわたって後縁部をエアロフォイル面から離間させた状態に維持する、前縁構造体を提供する。
Claims (5)
- エアロフォイル用の前縁構造体において、
主翼ボックスに取り付けるための固定前縁構造体であって、上側エアロフォイル面と下側エアロフォイル面を有する固定前縁構造体と、
後縁部を備え、第1および第2のヒンジアームによって前記固定前縁構造体に対して取り付けられるドループ前縁構造体であって、前記ヒンジアームのそれぞれが、前記固定前縁構造体および前記ドループ前縁構造体と回動可能に係合されるとともに、前記ヒンジアームが前記固定前縁構造体に対する前記ドループ前縁構造体の動きを規定する、ドループ前縁構造体と、
前記ドループ前縁構造体に作用して、前記ドループ前縁構造体を前記固定前縁構造体に対して展開位置と格納位置との間で移動させるアクチュエータと、
を備え、
前記格納位置にある前記ドループ前縁構造体が前記エアロフォイルの前縁面を形成し、
前記第1および第2のヒンジアームが、前記ドループ前縁構造体の前記後縁部を前記展開位置および前記格納位置の両方で前記固定前縁構造体の前記上側エアロフォイル面に当接して保持するとともに、前記展開位置と前記格納位置との間での前記ドループ前縁構造体の移動中に前記後縁部を前記上側エアロフォイル面から離れて移動させる、前縁構造体。 - 前記上側エアロフォイル面が露出可能前縁部を備え、前記露出可能前縁部は、前記格納位置にある前記ドループ前縁構造体によって覆われ、前記ドループ前縁構造体が前記展開位置にあるときには前記ドループ前縁構造体によって露出され、
前記後縁部が前記移動中に円弧に沿って移動し、
前記円弧が、ほぼ、前記展開位置および前記格納位置における前記後縁部の位置で前記上側エアロフォイル面と交わり、
前記円弧が、前記露出可能前縁部よりも大きく湾曲している、請求項1に記載の前縁構造体。 - 前記円弧は、前記ヒンジアームが前記固定前縁構造体に対するそれらの取り付け点を中心に回動するときの前記ヒンジアームの端部の軌跡を組み合わせて成る請求項2に記載の前縁構造体。
- 前記後縁部は、前記ドループ前縁構造体が前記展開位置および格納位置の各々にあるときに前記ドループ前縁構造体と前記上側エアロフォイル面との間に位置するシール部材を備える請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の前縁構造体。
- 前記展開位置において、前記上側エアロフォイル面および前記後縁部の上側エアロフォイル面が、前記ドループ前縁構造体と前記固定前縁構造体との間の移行部にわたってほぼ連続して湾曲しているほぼ連続的な面を形成するように構成される請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の前縁構造体。
