Claims (6)
- 電極リード部を有するランプベース部と、ガラスにより形成された外管と、アノード、カソード及びバッフルを含むケーシングアッセンブリとを備えた重水素ランプであって、
前記外管の少なくとも一部は放射出射面であり、
前記ランプベース部及び外管はガス空間を取り囲んでいる、重水素ランプにおいて、
前記外管は、少なくとも放射出射面の、ガス空間側の表面にガス拡散バリア層を有している
ことを特徴とする、重水素ランプ。 - 前記ガス拡散バリア層は酸化アルミニウム、有利にはアモルファス酸化アルミニウムから形成されている、請求項1記載の重水素ランプ。
- 前記ガス拡散バリア層の厚さは10nm乃至10μm、有利には20nm乃至200nmである、請求項1又は2記載の重水素ランプ。
- 前記ガス拡散バリア層は前記外管の、ガス空間側の表面全体に配置されている、請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載の重水素ランプ。
- 前記ガス拡散バリア層は、160nm乃至1100nmの範囲の波長の放射に対して透過性である、請求項1から4のいずれか1項記載の重水素ランプ。
- 前記外管は石英ガラス又はホウケイ酸ガラスから形成されている、請求項1から5のいずれか1項記載の重水素ランプ。
