Description
図1及び図2において、本例の複層摺動部材1は、金属裏金としての表面に銅メッキ層2を備えた鋼板3と、該鋼板3の銅メッキ層2の表面に一体に接合された多孔質青銅焼結層4と、該多孔質青銅焼結層4の表面に該多孔質青銅焼結層4と一体に接合された金属網状体5と、該金属網状体5の網目6及び表面7に充填被覆された膨張黒鉛8とからなる。
図中符号51は網目、52は網目51を形成する各辺(ストランド)、53はこれらのストランド52同士の結合部(ボンド部)、tはエキスパンドメタル50の厚さである。図3ないし図5に示したエキスパンドメタル50の網目51の形状は正六角形のものであるが、この網目51の形状は上記したように可動上型の刃の形状を変えることにより、菱形、方形、その他多角形状の網目を形成することができる。
金属裏金として、表面に厚さ20〜50μmの銅メッキ層2を備えた板厚0.5〜1.5mmの鋼板(冷間圧延鋼板SPCC)3を準備する。この鋼板3の銅メッキ層2の表面に、粒径45μm以下の不規則形状を呈する青銅(銅90重量%、錫10重量%)粉末を一様な厚さに散布する。板厚0.1〜1.5mmの銅板又は銅合金板にエキスパンド加工を施し、一辺(ストランド)52の長さが0.1〜1.5mmの正六角形の規則正しい網目を備えたエキスパンドメタル50を形成する。鋼板3の表面に銅メッキ層2を介して一様な厚さに散布された青銅粉末層にエキスパンドメタル50を重ね合わせる。
濃度98%の濃硫酸300重量部を撹拌しながら、酸化剤として過酸化水素の60%水溶液5重量部を加え、これを反応液とする。この反応液を冷却して10℃の温度に保持し、この反応液に30〜80メッシュの粒度を呈する鱗片状天然黒鉛粉末を添加し、30分間反応を行う。反応後、吸引濾過して酸処理黒鉛を分離し、該酸処理黒鉛を300重量部の水で10分間撹拌して吸引濾過するという洗浄作業を2回繰り返し、酸処理黒鉛から硫酸分を十分除去する。ついで、硫酸分を十分除去した酸処理黒鉛を110℃の温度に保持した乾燥炉で3時間乾燥し、これを酸処理黒鉛原料とする。この酸処理黒鉛原料を1000℃の温度で5秒間膨張処理を施して、分解ガスを発生せしめ、そのガス圧により黒鉛層間を拡張して膨張黒鉛粒子(膨張倍率240倍)を形成する。この膨張黒鉛粒子を双ローラ装置にてロール成形し、密度が少なくとも0.05gf/cm3、好ましくは0.5から1.0gf/cm3の膨張黒鉛シートを作製する。
膨張黒鉛シートを上記複層板の表面のエキスパンドメタル50の表面に載置したのち、プレス機あるいは加圧ローラによって100〜130MPaの圧力を加えながら圧接し、該エキスパンドメタル50の網目51及び表面に充填被覆した膨張黒鉛8からなるすべり層を形成した複層摺動部材1を作製する。すべり層の厚さは、0.03〜0.1mmが例示される。
表面に厚さ30μmの銅メッキ層を備えた板厚1.0mmの鋼板(冷間圧延鋼板SPCC)を準備した。この鋼板の銅メッキ層の表面に粒度が45μmに調整された青銅(銅90重量%、錫10重量%)粉末を一様の厚さ(0.3mm)に散布し、青銅粉末層を形成した。
表面に厚さ30μmの銅メッキ層を備えた板厚1.0mmの鋼板(冷間圧延鋼板SPCC)を準備した。この鋼板の銅メッキ層の表面に粒度が45μmに調整された青銅(銅90重量%、錫10重量%)粉末を一様の厚さ(0.3mm)に散布し、青銅粉末層を形成した。
板厚5mm、一辺30mmの高力黄銅鋳物4種からなる平板を準備し、この平板に直径6mmの円孔を9個形成すると共に該円孔に黒鉛からなる円柱状の固体潤滑剤を埋設固定し、これを摺動部材Cとした。摺動面(摺動部材の表面)に占める固体潤滑剤の面積比率 は28.3%である。

Claims (10)
- 金属裏金の表面に一体に接合された気孔率40〜45%の多孔質青銅焼結層の表面に金属網状体が一体に接合されており、該金属網状体の網目及び表面を覆って膨張黒鉛が充填被覆されていることを特徴とする複層摺動部材。
- 金属裏金は、銅板又は銅合金板である請求項1に記載の複層摺動部材。
- 金属裏金は、鋼板と該鋼板の表面に形成された銅メッキ層とからなる請求項1に記載の複層摺動部材。
- 金属網状体は、銅又は銅合金からなるエキスパンドメタルである請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の複層摺動部材。
- 金属網状体は、銅又は銅合金からなる経線(糸)と緯線(糸)との交差部が一体に接合された平織金網である請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の複層摺動部材。
- 金属裏金の表面に青銅粉末を一様に散布して青銅粉末層を形成したのち、該青銅粉末層の表面に金属網状体を該金属網状体の一方の表面が該青銅粉末層と密に接するように載置し、これらを700〜800℃の温度で焼結して金属裏金と気孔率40〜45%の多孔質青銅焼結層と金属網状体とを一体に接合した複層板を形成したのち、該複層板の金属網状体の表面に少なくとも0.05gf/cm3の密度を有する膨張黒鉛シートを載置し、加圧圧接して該金属網状体の網目及び表面に膨張黒鉛を充填被覆してなる複層摺動部材の製造方法。
- 金属裏金は、銅板又は銅合金板である請求項6に記載の複層摺動部材の製造方法。
- 金属裏金は、鋼板と該鋼板の表面に形成された銅メッキ層とからなる請求項6に記載の複層摺動部材の製造方法。
- 金属網状体は、銅又は銅合金からなるエキスパンドメタルである請求項6から8のいずれか一項に記載の複層摺動部材の製造方法。
- 金属網状体は、銅又は銅合金からなる経糸と緯糸との交差部が一体に接合された平織金網である請求項6から8のいずれか一項に記載の複層摺動部材の製造方法。
