Description
浮遊する粒子を含むサンプルを、本明細書で規定する該装置のチャンバー中に導入し、前記サンプルを電磁放射線で照射し、かつ変換器により発生した電気的信号を検出することを含んでなる方法も提供する。
Claims (15)
- 浮遊する粒子を含む液体サンプル中にある被分析物を検出するための装置であって、
電磁放射線を発生するように設計された、放射線供給源と、
パイロ電気的またはピエゾ電気的素子および電極を有し、エネルギーの変化を電気的信号に変換できる、変換器と、
前記変換器の上または近接して置かれた、少なくとも一種の試薬であって、被分析物と接触した時に、電磁放射線を吸収してエネルギーを発生することができる、試薬と、
変換器と流体接触させて、サンプルを保持するための、チャンバーと、
変換器により発生した電気的信号を検出することができる、検出器と
を含んでなり、
前記変換器が、チャンバーの底面に対する垂直に対して+45°〜−45°の平面内にある、装置。 - 変換器が、チャンバーの底面に対する垂直に対して+30°〜−30°の平面内にある、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 変換器が、チャンバーの底面に対する垂直に対して+15°〜−15°の平面内にある、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 変換器が、チャンバーの底面に対する垂直に対して+5°〜−5°の平面内にある、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 変換器が、実質的にチャンバーの底面に対する垂直の平面内にある、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 変換器が、チャンバーと一体化されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 試薬が、前記変換器上に吸着されている、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 試薬が抗体であり、被分析物が抗原である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 放射線供給源が、一連の電磁放射線パルスを発生するように設計され、検出器が、前記放射線供給源から来る各電磁放射線パルスと前記電気信号発生との間の時間遅延を測定するように設計されている、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 時間遅延が少なくとも1ミリ秒間である、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 時間遅延が500ミリ秒間以下である、請求項9または10に記載の装置。
- 電磁放射線が光、好ましくは可視光である、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- チャンバーがウェルである、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 浮遊する粒子を含む液体サンプル中にある被分析物を検出する方法であって、
浮遊する粒子を含むサンプルを、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の装置のチャンバー中に導入し、
前記サンプルを電磁放射線で照射し、かつ
変換器により発生した電気的信号を検出する
ことを含んでなる、方法。 - 浮遊する粒子を含む液体サンプルが、全血である、請求項14に記載の方法。
