−照明システムの色制御は、本発明における広範囲な応用例に関して、励起源の青色波長が変換層におけるスペクトルシフトによって補償されるという事実により、大いに強化され得る。
−本発明における広範囲な応用例に関して使用される励起波長とは独立して、色度図の黒体線における全体的に非常に類似の色点が取られ得る。
−本発明の発光材料は、発光効率の優れた熱的及び光熱的安定性を示し、このことを上記のこと組み合わせると、高い温度安定性を有する照明システムへと導く。
−加えて、本発明の発光材料は、近紫外線から青色光を広いスペクトル範囲にわたり強く吸収するので、この材料は、様々な光源と使用され得る。
−材料の特別な特性は、異なる青色放射波長を用いたときの、材料組成によって決定される狭い範囲の色温度を生成する能力である。

Claims (10)
- 組成a(AEN2/3)×b(MN)×c(SiN4/3)×d1CeO3/2×d2EuO×xSiO2×yAlO3/2から構成される少なくとも1つの蛍光体材料を含む照明システムであって、
AEはCa、Mg、Sr、Ba及びこれらの混合物の群から選択されるアルカリ土類金属であり、MはAl、B、Ga、Sc及びこれらの混合物の群から選択される三価元素であり、
0.95≦2×(a+d1+d2)/(b+c+x+y)≦1.2
a+d1+d2≧c+x、
(b+y):(c+x)≧1、
(b+y)≦1+10×d1、
b≧5×y、
c≧10×x、
0.0001≦d1≦0.2及びd1≧10×d2
である、照明システム。 - 請求項1に記載の照明システムであって、d1がaの0.01%以上且つ20%以下である、照明システム。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の照明システムであって、前記少なくとも1つの発光材料における比率(b+y):(c+x)が、1.01以上且つ1.20以下である、照明システム。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の照明システムであって、前記少なくとも1つの蛍光体材料において、(b+y)≦1+10×d1である、照明システム。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の照明システムであって、前記少なくとも1つの蛍光体材料において、b≧5×y及びc≧10×xである、照明システム。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の照明システムであって、前記少なくとも1つの蛍光体材料において、d1≦0.01である、照明システム。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の照明システムであって、前記少なくとも1つの発光材料の放射スペクトルの半値全幅(FWHM)が120nm以上である、照明システム。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の照明システムであって、前記少なくとも1つの発光材料の放射スペクトルが、500nm以上及び600nm以下の間における波長範囲において最大値、及び80nm以上の半値全幅(FWHM)、並びに、600nm以上及び650nm以下の間における波長範囲において放射最大値、及び30nm以上及び140nm以下の半値全幅(FWHM)、を含む合成放射を示す、照明システム。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の照明システムであって、前記少なくとも1つの発光材料において、[Ba]+[Sr]+[Mg]≦0.9×[Ca]である、照明システム。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の照明システムを含むシステムであって、当該システムが、以下の応用例:
−オフィス照明システム、
−家庭応用例システム、
−店舗照明システム、
−住宅照明システム、
−アクセント照明システム、
−スポット照明システム、
−劇場照明システム、
−光ファイバー応用例システム、
−投影システム、
